  We stopped here on our way to North Carolina from Texas, there was a flash flooding and we had to get off the road . The staff was extremely nice and understanding. There was a graduation so they were almost booked but they treated us extremely nice! We do this trip twice a year and this hotel will be our stop from now on. Rooms are clean , smells good and it is in a safe area !

  Custodial staff excellent. Maintenance staff excellent. Both were very helpful and asked how our stay was and what could Improve. Very friendly. Front desk staff. 100% absent. From checking in to looking for them it's like they like to hide out and abandon the front desk. Asked John for one firm pillow, he never got back to us and when I asked the lady that came in after Him she said he never mentioned a word. Just not very friendly or professional. As a sidenote, I came Into the hotel after dinner and the guest were lined up through the vestibule to the outside. She spent about 45 minutes trying to check in one guest. It made all the rest of them wait.

  Kim at front desk was helpful and friendly. We reserved a king suite room with sofa bed(no extra bedding or pillows in room when we arrived. Had to go back downstairs and get it). The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable but had to be used regardless. Only 2 towels and wash rags in bathroom. Went down for breakfast with about an hour to spare before they quit serving but the buffet food bins were nearly empty. Not very happy with this visit.

  Very nice experience! Clean room very nice staff, checked in for sons Bama Bound and it was an amazing experience, goodies and very helpful. No complaints here.
