  Front Desk staffer Mr Trey has excellent customer service from start to finish. Loved his energy and double checked to ensure we were satisfied with everything, highly recommend this location! Keep up the great work Mr Trey is definitely an asset to this brand and is representing it very well!

  I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this Candlewood Suites continues to remind me that genuine hospitality is about people, not just the property. Tuscaloosa is my hometown, so I come back often to visit family. No matter how many options there are, I always choose this Candlewood Suites because it consistently feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect, the hotel is exceptionally clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and every stay is consistently excellent. What truly sets this property apart, however, is its incredible staff. I especially want to recognize Alicia and Kim. From the moment I walk through the doors, they greet me with such warmth and sincerity that it genuinely feels like I’m coming home and being welcomed by family. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail never go unnoticed. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and that every stay exceeds my expectations. As a proud IHG loyalist, I’ve experienced outstanding hotels around the world, but it’s the people who create unforgettable experiences. Alicia, Kim, and the rest of the team have mastered that. Their hospitality is the reason I keep coming back, and it’s what makes this property stand out from so many others. Thank you all for consistently making every visit such a memorable one. I look forward to returning again and again.

  Very well, updated hotel for an extended stay or overnight trip. Clean modern rooms. I accidentally booked a single king bed with four guests. The desk worker changed the room with no fuss and was very polite. You could throw a rock to I 20 And the area was very secure.

  I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Tuscaloosa area! I stay here a little more than six months out of the year for work so im very familiar with the hotel. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always very clean and comfortable! If youre looking for a hotel thats clean, quiet, and comfortable then this is the place!!!!
