- DMDiane MarshallOct 6, 20265.0I will say I was skeptical at first but when I went inside the office and my room I was all in with a wow! This hotel has been in remodeling and so far they're doing a great job. The cleanliness of the hotel inside and out the friendly staff and respectful quiet location but close to things that you may need where you don't have to drive. Great! Great place. I really enjoy it. So you guys that may be coming to this area give them a try. They are worth it
- RTRell TheDriverOct 6, 20265.0My stay here was great
- MRMother RunnerSep 21, 20261.0Resort price for filthy run down rooms, roaches, rude front desk. Stay anywhere but here.
- MMMr MorenoSep 4, 20265.0Great experience. Comfortable and clean rooms. Kept up well maintained. I liked the fact that they offer true breakfast. For me, a breakfast must include eggs and not just carbs with only cereal, bread and coffee. they provided the whole thing. Great job!!
- EHEddie HaleAug 18, 20261.0Been going every year for 15 years and this past weekend was the worst visit at BEST WESTERN 😔 Booked on line and came all the way from Chicago with grandchildren to celebrate her birthday just to get there and find out the swimming pool was out of order and all the manager (NAUDIA) Could tell me was she can give me a refund 😞 Mind you I just drove 700 miles to get here. On top of that we had to switch rooms due to Roaches and the air conditioner leaking water in the room..also we was told that the sheets do not be changed until after a 3 day stay 😡 Are you serious 🫤 and we tried getting clean towels for 2 days after requesting them from the house keeper..... This weekend was just a terrible one and my granddaughter was disappointed on her birthday 😢 SMH I'm definitely going to have to think about going back here next year because BEST WESTERN LOST POINTS ON THIS TRIP 🫤😞
