- LKLaura Kay6 days ago1.0Do NOT recommend staying here. When I called the front desk to ask if the pool would be cleaned (because it is GREEN and slimey) they said NO because I'm the only guest. Guess my platinum status doesn't count or I dont matter because I am definitely not the only guest. After this stay I won't ever return.

- BBBritJul 15, 20261.0The room was absolutely disgusting. The pull-out bed was broken beyond repair, making it impossible for my son to sleep on it. The bars on the back of the bed were completely broken, causing it to fall frequently. We promptly informed the front desk staff within five minutes of checking in, but all they did was make a note of the issue without offering us a different room. We spent over $230 for a single night and didn’t even get a good night’s sleep. The next morning, I informed the gentleman at checkout, but he simply assured me that he would inform maintenance.

Then when we checked in, she went above and beyond for us. We were there for the highway 11 antique yard sale and she even called her sister to answer questions for us. She was wonderful!
