  This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Not wanting to discuss in front of other guests that we found a nasty bug with pinchers in the bed (under covers), I motioned the desk clerk over and showed her the video I took on my phone of the bug moving around. She came to room, moved pillows and pulled covers down more and she found a few ants in the bed - this was about 9pm. She was very concerned and we then packed up everything and waited in the lobby as we were told we'd get a different room only to find out no rooms were available, booked full due to local college graduation. So, at 10pm or so, I and the desk clerk were stripping the bed and putting all new bedding on. Constance was very helpful and did a great job considering all of this, even contacting the manager or someone as I think it was her first night working there. At check out the next morning, a little compensation offered on the room rate ($157 for one night which had been increased over normal rate because of graduation) would have certainly been a decent gesture from management but that didn't happen. Very disappointing.

  Clean and easy access. There is a nice indoor pool which I didn’t know about until checkout. Breakfast was hot but average. Not great coffee. Nice staff. The room was comfortable and clean but unremarkable. Four stars because it was cleaner than most.

  The rooms smelled bad, had to go buy air freshener to help get rid of the smell. My son's room smell like dogs and they could hardly sleep. We seen bugs on two different occasions. When we went to check out the old lady at the desk was taking some guys reservations on the phone and had it on specker phone and all his information was out there for everybody to hear, and all the scammers out here today. When we said something to her she told us to shut up and when I asked her for her name she said I didn't need to know. Very unprofessional and she needs some customer training. I would not remember this hotel to anybody to many other places to stay.

  Sink had toothpaste residue, bugs in the windowsill haven't been cleaned out in months. The number one complaint always is cleanliness and easiest to do yet they couldn't get it right.

  This place is alright but if you need good internet, go elsewhere. Couldn't play Roblox with my daughter and couldn't stream Netflix without constant loading bars or having to reconnect. It's 2026 - upgrade your internet.
