  Disgusting mold on the a c carpets, all nasty dirty blankets NASTY needs remodel, i have pictures but nowhere to post them. But online don't stay here

  Got booked here after a long trip from Texas and had a comfy weekend, there’s delicious breakfast every morning and a great hospitality, I will recommend it 🫰

  Stayed there recently while visiting long time friends. Chose location due to proximity to events. Arrived after dark. Road sign not lit up; driveway in disrepair and hard to find up a hill behind a car dealership. Discovered tiny ants in bathroom, and reported to desk next day. They said they'd spray room, but more ants found in bathroom and also on top of A/C control panel. Also a worm-like bug on a nightstand. Side entry door was found propped open after hours and reported to night attendant. Breakfast was okay, but found the half and half-curdled in the carafe, so we went to Starbucks down the road for coffee the rest of our stay. We would have checked out and gone elsewhere, but the other options in town were no better. One night the parking lot was over capacity due to maintenance going on in back parking lot which was closed. We were told there was a new owner working to make improvements. I did do a review on IHG website as well.

  My first impression was the location it off and out of sight but it was a last minute decision. But the hotel itself needs a renovation parking lot was horrible not to many parking spaces especially if u have a big truck or van the room itself was ok we had a queen but only 2 sets of towels no big deal. The beds were fine no phone in the room but really didn’t need it anyways the only problem I had that need Attention was the ants in the bathroom yes in the shower and the baseboards not a line of ants but more than one is too many but over all the front desk clerk was great

  Do not stay here. I reserved this hotel for a business trip to the area and I trusted the name brand. This hotel is disgusting. Read the reviews. Mold and mildew are everywhere. The rooms stink so bad and there is visible dirt and grime everywhere. There is no aspect of this place that is maintained. Not from the parking lot to the rooms. It is not safe. There is no agent who even stays here overnight. I left immediately upon arrival and I was ensured by the night agent, Amanda, who called her manager, LISA WEST, who approved me leaving and confirmed I would be refunded in full. Amanda even directed me to a better hotel- La Quinta in Chelsea. That’s where I went, it’s clean, safe and affordable. And now after two months of disputes, Lisa DID NOT refund my credit card and said “services were rendered” … Don’t make this mistake. Stay elsewhere.
