- LVLynnette Ventura3 days ago5.0The room was big and clean. However, upon entering the room, I noticed the distinct sound of running water. The faucet for the tub was just running. It was turned off, tightly (I had the hardest time turning it on), but it just kept running. I notified the front desk and they said it would be addressed the next day. Shanika from the kitchen staff was super sweet. While trying to get my breakfast, she provided a nice tutorial on how to work the fascinating pancake machine. Only down side is the location. It’s close to a hospital and I felt like I was in NYC with the sirens blaring throughout the night.

Everything about it IS BETTER THAN THE HAMPTON I DONT KNOW WHAT PEOPLE PAY SO MUCH FOR AT THE HAMPTON BUT I KNOW I WILL RESERVE THIS HOTEL FEOM NOW ON! - BABrandon Asbell5 days ago4.0My room was humid but leaving the blinds open in the day helped a lot. The roof looks rough so I suspect some rooms are leaking. The water pressure and shower were great, though it does take awhile for the water to get warm. The Internet is abysmally show, but it was a full house for a paper mill outage so that's to be expected. Some of the doors need adjustment for the tensioners as there were a few slams heard throughout the night. The breakfast was done really well, great selection, actual browning on the meat, piping hot cinnamon rolls, and great coffee made fresh. The staff are super friendly and helpful both day and night. The location isn't the best, not a lot of places to eat, rough roads, and the surrounding area outside smells like weed. There also was what appeared to have been an abandoned vehicle in the back parking lot. Given the location and proximity to the IPill this hotel checks a majority of the boxes.
