  The ladies in the breakfast area were all amazing! We were visiting from Texas they all welcomed us. Excellent service! Make sure you hang the door hanger on your door so the housekeeper doesn't walk in while you are sleeping, showering, etc. We got a knock she said housekeeping and walked in. People above us were loud all hours of the late night early morning (the floors are thin).

  Upon arrival at 9:45 pm, they were experiencing key issues, so it took a few extra minutes to get checked in as they were rebooting their system hoping to resolve it, which did not. Not the staffs fault who were very friendly and willing to lend a hand. The elevators were also not working, so had to walk to the end of the hall and take the fire stairwell up to our 3rd floor room and then walk more than half the hallway to get to our room. Also, not the staffs fault who went with us with their master key in case our keys which were pre-made did not work. The poor lady seemed very tired from all her walking to accommodate the guests. Room was also only OK. Glad it was only a one night stay.

  Nasty on top of filthy!!! On March 14, 2027, I checked in around the 4 o’clock hour, Room 213, which was PLENTY of time for my room to be cleaned. The tub was nasty as if it haven’t been cleaned in 3 months. The bed was filthy. I wasn’t the only guest that had the same complaints. Nothing was done about it and I had to go to Walmart to get my own supplies and clean my own room. Someone should have told me that hotels do this now. David Coram, regional director of operations, is constantly lying about having meetings with his staff and that none of my claims are accurate. But I understand that you will say anything to protect your establishment, but I also know that the truth hurts. David, put a bandaid on your wound and clean up place. You are not under direct of iHG but using their brand name and giving iHG a bad reputation.

  The first room was nice but the TV remote would not work. After going back downstairs 3 times for other remotes they finally decided that they were going to come up and check it out. Turned out tv had a problem. The older guy that was on duty said he could change us to another room and I said yeah that would be good. He acted as if he really did not have time to do that but we gathered our stuff and went back down a 4th time. Then sat at a tabled waited 20 mins for him to finish up another issue he was having with a customer. He changed our room but it was not really all that nice of a room. Very inconvenient to say the least.

  I stayed the night the week of March 15th! My experience was insane! The room was filthy! The bathtub had a black ring around it, toilet was filthy, bed comforter was stanking, room very smelly! Sheets for pull our sleeper sofa was balled up and dirty in a plastic cover! Had to go out a buy cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize the room! I definately will not be back to this location!
