  Very pleased! Great staff, clean rooms, updated, smelled good, beds comfortable, good shower pressure, well maintained, very quiet. Grounds kept up and looks good. Great breakfast. Will stay again when in that area.

  I want to start off by saying all the staff are very friendly! Also, the breakfast in the morning was great. However I probably will not be staying here again. We checked in Friday night and were given a key to a room that someone else was already occupying. Thank goodness he had the swing bar latched because it could have been way more embarrassing as we're left standing in the hallway with our 1-year-old. The lady at the front desk was apologetic and got us into another room quickly. But the beds are so uncomfortable, there was stray hairs all over the bed sheets which really grossed us out ... the carpets looked super dirty, and the room had an odd odor especially when running the air unit. We stayed here about 5 years ago and I don't remember it being this bad. Just super outdated and absolutely not worth $230.61 for ONE NIGHT!!!

  Up on getting to the hotel the general manager was helpful in letting me check in early due to having to check out early for night shift work, also rates were reasonable for Friday after checking out Friday night Saturday afternoon my card was charged for $245.70 for a second night stay which was never discussed with the general manager who did check me in nor was I contacted about the second night stay the general manager told me that my card was on file so therefore it was charged due to the fact someone stayed in the room the GM insinuating that one of my people was staying there what he means by that I'm not sure but I know I did not stay there a second night so therefore they took $245.70 from my checking account and have not returned it as of yet this has been over a week ago my card provider is disputing this charge with the hotel I asked the hotel general manager to roll the cameras back and look and see who was staying there the GM tells me that it's my responsibility to find that out get a credit card number from them provide that to him and at that time he will reverse the charge on my card which is absolutely crazy so just a heads up be very careful in the fact that they keep your credit card information on file therefore at any given time they can charge your card whatever they want to upon figuring this out then you can dispute the charge and your card holder will have to communicate with Best Western to determine the return policy. Again just a friendly warning to anyone planning on staying there be careful and keep an eye on your charges from the hotel and definitely check rates because my Friday night right was just barely over a hundred Saturday night right was $245 even though I did not stay there had I have had plans to do so I definitely would have found a different location because it's definitely not worth $245 a night even if you are planning on staying with them.

  Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Everything else was very nice. May have been one of the best hotel breakfasts I have seen. Coffee bar was great. The facility is nice and clean...but dang those beds are terrible. And it is Sooooo noisy. No one in our party got much sleep the night we stayed here. You can hear ALL the traffic which involves sirens and loud cars all night long.

  Do not recommend. It is a 3-star hotel. Used to be around $80 a night. Had problems with them in the past, but decided to give them a chance after several years. But when I show up, the lady told me $400+ for a two-night stay. She told me it was almost $200 a night. Then apparently there were some fees in there that added an extra $100 making the total price well over $400. For a 3-star hotel. And this was also for a regular king room. Nothing special about it. Who's paying that much for a cheap hotel?
