  Our experience was horrible! No running water to shower, tvs not working, staff was horrible to deal with and rude, no clean towels. I would not recommend this hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE!

  Staff and Management are totally useless, and DO NOT CARE. I booked a prepaid Chase Travel 2 Day Stay, due to some sort of technical difficulty (chase or hotel's) only the 1st day of the 2 day stay got paid by Chase Travel, apparently day 2 got rejected, front desk was useless could not help and Manager did not really try or care as they charged day 2 of my pre-paid trip to my card used for the incidentals. So now I've paid 3 days for a 2 day stay, Chase Travel working hard to try to resolve, hotel could not care either way and I feel putting the burden on me to correct the issue when it is between them and Chase Travel. I WOULD AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS, THEY DO NOT CARE, AND ARE SLOW AT BEST AND NOT TRAINED TO HANDLE ANYTHING BESIDES HANDING OUT ROOM KEYS. BEYOND DISSAPOINTING, Manager Still has not reached out to me directly I would expect better.

  My wife and I stayed here on March 8 arriving at approximately 1 AM to find a room completely disgusting. I spent 20 minutes cleaning the bathroom myself. I do a lot of traveling and have never been in a room that contained so much hair from previous guests on the bathroom floor. I immediately reported it to the front desk clerk, in which she contacted the GM. She advised that the GM would contact me to rectify the problem the next morning. I requested a refund or Points put on my account for a future stay somewhere else, but still have not spoken with the GM. It has been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I would definitely find a different hotel if you’re in the area.

  Thinking of spending a night or two in a hotel? The number one concern of course is whether they have a history that includes presence of insects. Most notably, the insects known as BEDBUGS. Never, but never, stay in any facility shared with bedbugs. Usually, the hotels rated as VERY GOOD excel in every possible way and a no-insect policy. But if you need to stay in a hotel long-term, yhr list grows longer.
