- GRGrand RiverMay 13, 20261.0No direct beach access. Advertised as a beach hotel. Rooms are nice but not as nice as other hotel indigos. I stay at all the hotel indigos and this one is the worst one Ive been to. I think they missed the mark here with the location and room designs. It's a nice hotel but in my opinion it's not a hotel indigo.
- AHAnna HarveyMay 1, 20265.0I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Especially if you’re traveling with dogs. The room was clean and spacious and we had a beautiful view of the beach across the street. That beach is private but there’s a shuttle that takes you to gulf state park down the road. The pool and hot tub were fantastic as well! There’s even an indoor pool. I think they serve breakfast downstairs but the coffee shop next door had incredible lattes (food wasn’t great tho). There’s also a walking trail next door which is great for walking your dogs or just exploring. The only issues were the mini fridge was tiny and our bathroom door wouldn’t close without making a really loud noise. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Overall we loved our stay!

Everything about this hotel is great! The room was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. The staff were all very kind, helpful, and greeted us every time. The decor is perfect, warm, and welcoming. They are a very dog friendly hotel with treats, balls, and pictures of some of their canine visitors in the lobby. We saw so many adorable dogs over the weekend but barely ever heard them. We could see the beach across the street from our room and they have a shuttle that brings you to the beach. We do plan to return here again.

Everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the room setup. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids, and our bed was incredibly comfortable. It was very relaxing for the whole family. The staff truly made our stay even better. Ms. Julie and Zach were both so kind, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality stood out and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orange Beach!
