  First room we were given was filthy, trash under both beds, and crumbson the mattress. Also we were given the key, but when we got up to our room, housekeeping was still "cleaning", it was 4:40 in the afternoon with check in at 4. We literally had to beg to move rooms. Only thing good was the breakfast, otherwise I would NOT recommend staying here!

  Came here on a solo vacation,loved the easy beach access,the breakfast was great front desk staff was great...Madison S.in housekeeping was fantastic she was so sweet,helpful and respectful. My only slight complaint is its hot in the hallways

  Great stay for the price! Right on the beach was a must for us as a family with 5 little ones. The outdoor pool was nice too, with a walk in area that was great for our toddlers. The room was nice enough, but felt a little lived in from all the beach gear coming in and out. But everything felt clean. There was a small attached patio which was great for storing floaties and drying off swim suits. Breakfast was included and was pretty good too! They have a coffee machine that you can access anytime, but it wasn’t strong enough for our liking. Service was what I expected from the south and everyone was friendly and kind. Mandi was especially attentive to my kids, which I appreciated. Hope to be back sometime!

  We had the best time!! Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was surprisingly really good and the staff at breakfast were AMAZING!!! All other staff were friendly and kind. The pool area was fun and the beach acess was perfect!! I would definitely book here again!!

  This stay was less than desirable in too many ways to let go. The weather was bad when we got there(not in their control), the tv didn’t work when it rained at all(that needs to be addressed.) There was also nasty smelly algae all over the beach several days and they finally cleaned some of it up after many stinky beach days. Our AC unit in the room sounded like a semi truck was idling in the room with us. We tried adjusting things and ended up calling maintenance to fix it. They had to replace the whole unit. We also had a toilet leak and the faucet moved around so it was hard to get all the water to come through the shower head. I asked them to fix both of those. They replaced the AC unit and tried to work on the toilet a little and then said their time was up and they’d come back tomorrow. I woke up to go to the bathroom and stepped is nasty brown toilet water that had filled the bathroom. No photos of that bc I was too busy trying to clean it up and then clean my feet. They didn’t come back in the morning and we had to call down again. Another guy came(shocked they didn’t fix the toilet the night before) and they had to replace the entire toilet. The faucet didn’t get repaired and there was what appeared to be water damage behind the bathroom on the wall by the bed. We asked for a different room but they didn’t have one comparable to the one we had. The manager said we were given points from the person above her. Well they didn’t even award us enough points for a one night stay in the hotel. I understand that wasn’t her fault as it was the person above her and she was trying to remedy things. It was just A LOT of issues for a short week stay. Our last day there to sleep in, we were awoken by the fire alarm. The firemen arrived and everything bc there was a grease fire in the kitchen. I gave them 2 stars bc the breakfast was good and the manager and staff we came into contact with were friendly. However, I can’t recommend the hotel. That room should have never been rented out in that condition. They also should have tried a little harder to make it right. It’s not like we got a cheap room. We paid a fair amount for a bad room and just not the relaxing vacation we’d hoped for at all.
