  Awesome place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfy. The beach is right there! And the pool is nice. Gabriel was super helpful and kind during check in.

  We had such a wonderful experience and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible receptionist at the front desk named Liz. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of by answering our questions with patience and always greeting us with a smile. Excellent customer service can completely change a hotel experience and this receptionist truly made ours memorable. It is rare to encounter someone who makes guests feel so genuinely valued. She is an absolute asset to the hotel and I hope management recognizes what a wonderful employee they have. We would happily return!

  This is a very dirty outdated facility. The outside looks good once you walk through the doors it will look totally different . First of all, only one elevator worked in the whole facility and you will be waiting to get to your floor.. The elevator carpet is disgustingly black as you will see in the pictures. The walls are very dirty. I don’t think anybody ever washed them. I didn’t even want to touch the floor buttons on the elevator panel. It’s that bad , how the city of Orange Beach could pass this facility is beyond me, if there was a fire in that hotel and you were on the sixth floor, I was in room 428 on the fourth floor unless you could take the steps which some people can’t I don’t think you’d have a very good outcome. The carpet in the hallways are filthy and the carpeting in the room I stayed in , you had to wear your shoes or your feet would be black. The paint is peeling off the ceiling on the balcony , and the air condition vents on your patio and the chairs had black all over them. The smell is musty and moldy smelling. I inquired a headache the second day and I still have it three days later. The covered parking that they say they have has roughly 20 spots and they were occupied by some maintenance trucks that took out two spots so parking was very limited let alone they were very small. We had to park in the outside parking lot along with several others. The carts to shuttle your luggage to your room were in rough shape. The wheels didn’t work properly on some of them, and there were very few. We ended up carrying our luggage up to our rooms. On the second day we were out and about came back about 9 o’clock at night to wet carpet which soaked our socks immediately where the carpet went up to the ceramic tile and bathroom wall next to our bed I immediately grabbed a bunch of towels, put it over the large area that was soaked to try to minimize the transfer to our feet, which did not work the room smelled musty. We ended up just going to bed. We left the next morning. The sign in the elevator stated there was a barbecue at the beach pool patio from noon to six that never happened. Also upon arriving the first night late my lady and I went to the pool bar to have a drink. We wanted a bush whacker and they could not make one because have to equipment, including the frozen drink mixing machine were broke along with several other things. We did have a very nice bartender that was trying to navigate around the broken equipment his name was Austin. Unfortunately we only had one drink and left a Bahama mama. I tipped him well told me he did a great job with what he had to work with his name was Austin. The second day went down to the pool bar again, different bartenders two ladies who clearly had an attitude and show very little respect towards customers. We waited in line for a Bahama mama and a beer, and it took forever to the point, I almost walked away. they had no system no qualified bartenders that day and also there was a gentleman that was supposed to play the guitar until 10 o’clock that night. well he quit at 9:00 PM. The pool had a one-way current was an island effect in the middle, which was like a lazy river that was fine but the area to swim outside of that area was very small and not very accommodating to swimmers. Other guests down by the pool were complaining about the same small pool area. The breakfast was good, but once again the tables were sticky needed to be thoroughly wiped down. I placed napkins all over them because I did not want my arm to rest on the table and they had flies landing on your plate while you’re trying to eat. The issues to Veronica Steele, the front office manager and she didn’t seem to care about anything other than telling me just to send her pictures. Why would I have to send her pictures? All she gotta do is get out from behind that desk and walk around the facility and she’ll see it with her own eyes. She knew about the elevators being down and told me Hilton has their own priorities. I said say what??? Hilton properties do not care about Customers.

  Me and my family arrived on August the 4th, a little early, of course, as to be expected the room wasnt ready, so I went ahead and checked in, which was super easy and was told I would receive a text when ready. We grabbed a bite and when the text came we pulled up. Again super easy, friendly staff. Proceeded to room to check everything out. It was great. Loved the patio view. Over the next few days it was wonderful, not too much traffic, easy access to beach and great breakfast. Both mornings the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was clean, well stocked and delicious. This was a perfect location and a great hotel. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.....
