  This is a perfect vacation hotel, that’s right on the beach, with an amazing pool and hot tub! All of the staff were super friendly. Front desk acknowledged my status and gave free water at check in! Mark at the pool side bar is so nice and makes delicious piña colada‘s. I will be bringing my daughter back here again this summer, I loved it!

  Be sure to check your bill carefully! Our stay was fine, the hotel clean and food- breakfast and in pool area was good. The staff was friendly and polite. I would have given them a 10 except for 1 issue. They do not tell you about the $11.60 charge per day for parking in their lot!! Their printer was not working so I didn't check the bill until we left. It was about $50 higher than what I was quoted. The itemized charges for each day showed that they had charged $11.60 per day to park -- in their lot!! That was never, at any time, disclosed. You pay A LOT of money to be a guest in their hotel and then they sneak a daily parking charge to your bill. THAT IS JUST WRONG!!

  10/10 breakfast experience. Variety every day. Super fresh. Felt like I was eating at a nice diner every morning. 10/10 customer service. From the front desk staff, to the maintenance staff, to the kitchen staff, I just felt welcomed. 10/10 on the cleanliness of the hotel. It looked and smelled clean everywhere we went. Will definitely recommend to someone else if they are visiting

  We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Orange Beach. Check-in was very smooth, and even though we arrived early and our room was not ready yet, the staff gave us pool passes so we could start enjoying the amenities right away. We originally booked a king room with a pull-out sofa, but we were moved to a two-queen room, which worked out great. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for us to move around. Breakfast opened promptly at 6:30 a.m., which was perfect for our early 8:00 a.m. soccer games. The location, amenities, and helpful staff made this a great stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

  The only bad thing is the room service person they are very loud on the hallways, maybe answering the phones on speaker, my recommendation is that maybe they can be a little quieter. Remember we come here to relax n try to sleep in. In the other hand breakfast super nice. Some front staff needs to be more friendly, people person. Remember this is a business and we need kindness. The pool amazing. We will come back tho. Hope the noise level on the hallways with the staff minimizing the noise or level of talking.
