  The rooms are clean and very functional. We have to kids so the bunk bed room was awesome for them. Being able to walk to the beach quickly as well as having a pool on the beach was also a plus. Already planning on coming back next year.

  Double queen room was clean and setup well by the staff. Front desk gal was really outstanding! Checked me in smoothly, offered suggestions, answered my questions..perfect give her a raise! Bar guy downstairs at the pool spoke with a heavy accent, he suggested an upsell on my drink order, expensive drink! Nice guy. Pool area was clean and well kept full of children even till it closed. Stellar view of the gulf and beach! I will definitely stay here again!

  One of my favorite spots to visit on the gulf! The pool with the bar is amazing. Beach access is one of the shortest walks of any place on the beachfront. Have pizza delivered to your room for around 20 bucks. Everyone is friendly and helpful and parking is very convenient as opposed to what some reviews may say. Ill definitely be back again.

  Will not stay here again!! On top of the increase of nightly cost they are now charging you $15 per day to park and $15 a day for breakfast. No more free coffee (not even in the rooms). You can buy a coffee at their coffee bar for $5-10. It doesn't matter if you're a Diamond Member or not. Truly disappointed because this was my favorite hotel to stay at in Orange Beach

  We had reservations for our 26th wedding anniversary, booked through another site. Open day to room expected to see the ocean will you could see a corner of the depending on where you moved the chairs I guess but you most definitely couldn’t miss at least 4 big heavy equipment an a construction zone n the busy streets. For that amount of money no way. Called down to front desk, was told they could move up for $80 dollars after paying $991 for 2 days already then she suggested we go the booking company which we did, n were advised to take other room. Call back down to front desk now the room wasn’t available for consecutive nights which they knew we were there for 2 nights. Call the booking agent back advised what we were told n that we weren’t staying there. Trying calling back to front desk no answer so we went back down n told them we wasn’t staying, was told they’ll have to charge us for 1 night cause they can’t rent the room out once we checked in. The only thing that was touched was the phone n house keeping was still on the floor cleaning, she would only had to wipe the phone down n doorknob spray Lysol. My husband heard them say they only had 5/6 more rooms when we checked in. So do you really think they didn’t rent the room out. I was also told I’ll receive a receipt Saturday cause they couldn’t give me one until then. Still no receipt but charge is on my credit. Still waiting to hear back from the booking agent about my refund we weren’t n the room no longer than 10/15 my husband said that’s probably why they didn’t answer the phone trying to say we stayed x amount of time in the room
