  Nice, clean property. Erica at the front desk was awesome. Great breakfast and comfy beds. Close to restaurants.

  The hotel is very clean and the room was also very clean. The hotel is equipped with a key access to turn on the power in the room. I'm not sure if that is what affected the dampness in the room but everything felt very humid and damp. The toilet also didn't really want to flush. I had to flush it several times. Upon arriving to the room at approximately 11:00 p.m., they experienced a blackout. I'm not sure if that had to do with just the hotel or the surrounding area but it was definitely an inconvenience. It was so dark I couldn't see you even move in the room. It lasted for about 10 minutes. When I call down to ask about all the toilet not flushing, no one answered the phone.

  We stayed here for one night while traveling with our family, and it was a good stop. The room was clean and comfortable, although there were a few minor maintenance issues like some flickering lights. Nothing that ruined our stay, but it kept it from being a perfect experience. The highlight was definitely the complimentary breakfast. It was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had while traveling. There was a great variety of fresh, tasty food, and everything was well stocked. We got there right when it opened, so we beat the rush, which made for an even better experience. Overall, a solid place to stay for a night on the road, and we'd definitely consider staying again.

  Holiday inn Express& suites Leeds, Alabama This is a nice hotel there's lots of parking. Has an outdoor pool comfortable beds. Very clean location. The washer and dryer I was needing to use which was one reason I stayed here. The phone calling downstairs to the front desk. They told me the machine accepted quarters which I went to get. A point going to the machine itself. I found a note taped to the door that said to please use the facilities next door at the other hotel. Best, Western.. Why,? Because the machines here are broken down and not working. Rooms include refrigerator, microwave yeah traditionally two queen beds, large room.. Rooms do have carpet still. If you don't like carpet then that's not for you. Bathrooms and walk-in areas tile. I stayed on the 4th floor in an accessible room and it was comfortable.

  I really wanted to give this one 5 stars, everything about the stay was excellent - rooms are clean, staff was incredibly nice, breakfast was delicious (the pancake maker is addicting to watch) but the Samsung TV in my room didn't have any apps, only normal cable channels. It's definitely a first-world problem but in this day and age, at least one streaming app or YouTube seems to be par for the course....
