Hotel has 5 sets of washers and dryers but only one set working. Been here for over a week and they haven't been taking care of. First night, 3 of my pillow cases were dirty. I took them to the front desk the next morning but haven't heard nothing from the hotel. Housekeeping cleaned my room a couple of days later and never replaced pillow cases on the pillows. Fortunately, I had a double bed room that had extra pillows. I don't understand why the hotel charges for parking when the parking is on the premises. They can do better on breakfast choices too. Really disappointed as a Diamond Elite member on this stay. I travel for work and my preferred hotel chain is IHG.

We had a wonderful experience here. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very kind. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. It took me 10X longer in the shower to get the shampoo out of my hair. But literally everything else was perfect.

I travel for work so I live in hotels 10 months out of the year. Staybridge is one we Stay at frequently. I always look forward to the breakfast but at this location it was surprising to say the least. Waffle water was like water. Even after I commented on it the guy made a new batch but it was just like before. The orange juice was water with an orange taste. I guess they are stretching ingredients to the max to make it last. Very disappointing

**Disappointing Check-In Experience** We stayed at the hotel on the 19th and checked out on the 20th. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After waiting 30–45 minutes, a guest told us the front desk agent was cleaning a room. We waited another 20 minutes before a staff member—who appeared to be maintenance—confirmed the same thing. In total, we waited about an hour and a half to check in. Simone was kind, apologized, and compensated our parking, which we appreciated. She has a wonderful spirit, but the wait was excessive. We had driven from Atlanta, were exhausted, and needed to rest before our niece’s competition the next day. The lack of overnight housekeeping coverage seemed to leave the front desk agent responsible for cleaning a two-bedroom suite. Having worked in hotels for over 10 years, I’ve never seen a front desk employee put in that position. The hotel needs better staffing and coverage so guests aren’t left waiting so long.

Can't beat it for the price and location. We walked all over downtown. Our room was well equipped with a kitchen and everything we needed. The pool and fitness areas were nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
