  Terrible experience with service. Military put me here for 3 weeks. Good location! Extended stay means they only come by once a week to give new towels etc but after a week, I had to ask for the room to be clean and it took 2 days (9 days in) the next week I asked when they missed a day and every day after and although they said they would, it was never cleaned. So one refresh of towels and linen in 3 weeks. Bad storm hit and my room gained water sarurating about 3 feet diameter around the carpet. The service desk was very kind and said they would fix it in the morning.. I got towels from the desk and soaked up what I could. No one ever came to get the moisture out of the carpet despite me reminding day and night. Now the room smells like mildew and I'm thankful I'm leaving tomorrow. The desk is very nice but as far as action goes, nothing gets done.

  Reasonable fair competitive rate. Very accommodating staff. Clean, comfortable contemporary room. Easy to get to from I 85 with maybe restaurants very nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

  The location and staff is great. The rooms are little outdated. It has this mildew cigarette smell to it. My particular room curtains were dirty, mattress cover ripped, red stains on carpet and water stains on ceiling. The appliances were rusted and the oversized chair was taken up space. The front desk person( Monica) was very helpful and switched my room which was a little bit nicer. Recommend updating the rooms.

  LOOK AT PICS, don’t BOOK I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this hotel does not prioritize cleanliness or guest satisfaction. The room itself was shockingly dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been properly vacuumed in days, with visible HAIR everywhere. The bathroom was even worse, hair in the shower was gross. LOOK AT THE PICS THE COMFORTER HAD POOP OR PEE STAINS What made matters worse was the complete lack of support from the front desk. I reported the issues shortly after settling in, JUST because the front desk reached out to me on a text, I responded TWICE and they left me in read Another major issue is their housekeeping policy. If you stay for six nights, do not expect your room to be cleaned at all PERIOD Between the dirty room, the lack of responsiveness from the front desk, and the absence of regular housekeeping, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

  Dirtiest hotel I have ever been in my life. We were met at the front desk with the following message: because you are only staying 6 nights and not SEVEN, your room will not be cleaned during your entire stay. When I got to the room, it was dirty. Like omg the bathroom had hair everywhere, the LINEN had stains that they looked like poop. I will never go back to this hotel, even if it was 20$ a night.
