  Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was a huge plus. Monica was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better with her excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again!

  This is by far one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed at. Upon walking in we were greeted and checked in, everything went great there, we received great customer service We walked in our room and was initially excited at the spaciousness and layout, it seemed perfect, until we looked a little closer… The bathroom was SO GROSS. Not only do I not think it was cleaned after the last guest but this type of build up and just nastiness doesn’t happen in week but months… dust, pubes, yellow liquid stains running down the walls. The sides of the toilet were covered in debris and what one can assume is pee based on the color, pink and black stains around the bathroom drain, nasty shower glass, I could go on and on. Every single corner of this hotel room had hair and dirt in it. I complained and had “points added to my account” I cannot stress enough how nasty it was. The towel in my photos was after I wiped just the 2 small baseboards in the photo, the other pictures speak for themselves. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again

  We stayed at Candlewood Suites for a 12-U State Basebsll tournament. After checkout I realized I left my electric razor/trimmer set. ($100 set almost new) Before I could call the hotel about this, the hotel called us to tell us someone had left this razor behind. When I called back to make arrangements to ship it to me, they suddenly couldn’t find it. They claim they looked everywhere. So what you are telling me is that your employees are dishonest and kept it.

  Extremely satisfied with our stay at this establishment! Monica was amazing at check-in/check-out. Very friendly and personable. The entire place was very clean and smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean, completely stocked with amenities. Very pleased with everything about this place and will choose them again if I'm ever back in Montgomery!

  ​Spacious and Clean, But Mind the Unique Amenities and Policies ​I recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites on Eastchase in Montgomery, Alabama, and had a largely positive experience, though there were a few unique quirks worth noting. ​First and foremost, the room itself was excellent. It was incredibly clean, very spacious, and featured a really nice setup that made settling in feel effortless. However, my main critique regarding the room layout is the dining situation. I would absolutely love it if they added a proper, designated area or table to eat inside the suite. The single, tiny food tray provided just isn't enough surface area, and nobody wants to resort to sitting on the bed to eat their meals. ​This stay also brought a brand-new experience for us regarding amenities: because housekeeping is not provided daily, you actually have to bring your used towels and washcloths down to the front desk yourself to exchange them for fresh ones. It was the first time we have ever had to do that at a hotel. If guests are expected to handle this, the hotel really should provide a basket, satchel, or bag in the room so you aren't getting your clothes wet trying to carry everything down and bring your replacements back up. ​Additionally, we ran into some minor trouble with the elevator, which was frequently delayed and required a bit of a wait. ​Ultimately, despite the slow elevator, the towel exchange hassle, and the dining tray limitation, the sheer size and cleanliness of the room won me over. It's a great property, and I would definitely stay here again!
