  The quality is not good! There was a crack in the ceiling of my room, and a bug came out of it! The place sucks. I wouldn't recommend staying the night here at all, find somewhere better.

  My wife love miss Ruth and Tshonda and selina They really helped my wife's need and Miss Ruth really went to our room just tk give the new key card instead of asking my wife to reach out they have great people in here and housekeeping Rooms are clean and it smell good as well! Will definitely come back

  The staff is truly amazing I would always seem to get there late at night but they were more than accommodating to get me into a room very helpful in the morning times breakfast was always amazing and warm no matter if you were there the very beginning in the middle or like me and at the very last moment.

  Im currently doing a project at Alabama River Cellulose. A paper plant near this area. The location of this hotel is perfect for me. Its only a 20 minute drive to site and im gone most of the day. They serve breakfast at 5am which is perfect but the service has been lacking. The cleaning ladies will not change out your bed sheets. They changed them out twice out of the first 3 days of my stay but after that they completely stopped. Ive gone 4-5 days without clean sheets. They will replace the towels but not the sheets. I was enjoying my stay here until I kept coming back consistently to a room with old, untucked sheets. I talked to the front desk about my problem and I was told that It would be handled. I came back today and they didnt do anything to my room at all. Feels like they got mad because I wanted clean sheets so they decided to skip my room. I just wish they were consistent about cleaning rooms and keeping bed sheets switched out. If you plan on staying here for more than a week, I would stay away. If its a couple of days then this spot may be fair.
