- BLBrandon Lewandowskitoday5.0Was looking for 20 rooms for a group of lineman in the area after the hurricane came through. All hotels were booked solid except for this one. I called them up and at first they did not have sufficient double rooms. The manager reworked some things to be able to fit my guys in with the remaining rooms he had so that we could get enough doubles. The manager went above and beyond which I greatly appreciated so that my guys were able to stay in a hotel. Thank you

The hotel staff did a phenomenal job of doing all they could to distract their guests from the stress of the potential catastrophic hit we were all waiting for. Each guest was treated like family as the staff had prepared distractions to ease the mental stress of the unknown. The waitress and bar tender, Jenna, blew my mind with how well she kept up with the demand in the restaurant. She was completely on her own while her own family had been impacted before the storm hit land. My husband and I have been to a lot of hotels through his career and simply by how well the staff reacted to Isaias, I wish we could be regulars. Thank you for taking such good care of your guests during such a stressful and unknown situation! <3 -Mrs. Harjo

Carpet in room appeared dirty. My company chose this hotel. Not my choice. Questionable location as well. Had to check out that night and move to another hotel. Definately never coming back to this place.

Positive: CSR was friendly, convenient location, low interstate noise.
