  Room 800. Location was great but the beds were very firm. All ice machines were non-functioning but they did have ice at the front desk. I booked my stay on Super.com, when I showed up to check-in they acted like they didn't have my reservation. The front desk lady had to fumble thru their emails to find my paid reservation. I also have a $150 pending charge that I hope falls off. Otherwise, I will be disputing the non-consented charge.

  Definitely an older location. Hallways smelled funny, no free breakfast, ALL of their ice machines were broken, and the carpet in the room was pretty gross looking. And, to add insult to injury, the Skyview lounge was closed which would've been cool to see the area from the 17th floor. Oh well, at least it was expensive. LOL

  I feel mislead by the recent reviews… I booked this hotel due to the lower price. If I do come back to Mobile, I will be spending an extra buck. Front staff was ok. Front lobby was very spacious. Front staff gave us info on locations of restaurant/bar and elevator and basic info. You have to pay extra for breakfast. Went to elevator and found was out dated and some sketchy noises. When we got to our floor, we found out dated/dirty/funky carpets and old paint on the walls with a funky smell. We then got to our room. Found a very spacious room with the same funky/dirty carpet. The view from the room was a nice city view. The smell from the room was funky and as if someone had smoked in the room. We left and went to supper so I placed a towel with soap over the AC and made a cup of coffee to try to help with the smell. (Didn’t work very well). The toilet had a shaved hair on the toilet seat. The shower had hair on the walls (from head and shaving). Towels were clean. Bed sheets and pillow cases were clean. No bugs. Tv worked. Upstairs bar was nice, not busy. bar tender was helpful and kind. Overall, disappointed from cleanliness, reviews, and pictures. While walking in they have a sign that says they are currently updating.

  Room is nice and spacious, they could provide a bottle or 2 of water for the coffee maker. The tub and toilet is in a tiny closet w a door that opens inside

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely Wonderful Stay!** This hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the **absolutely amazing staff!** Every single employee we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk and cleaning staff to the manager, everyone greeted us with a smile and took the time to ask how our stay was going. That kind of personal attention really stood out and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. And Nicole at the front desk deserves 10 stars! Her restaurant recommendations were fantastic and made finding a great place to eat so easy. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee seems genuinely happy to be there and happy to help, and it makes such a difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with truly exceptional hospitality! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!
