  Ac did not work, another room had water, another the door did not want to lock, no coffee in the room, etc. Maybe of rain had been hard.

  I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property, as it fell far below the standards I have come to expect from this hotel chain. The most significant issue was the persistent smell of marijuana throughout the hotel and inside my room. On one occasion, I was awakened during the night by the overwhelming odor after someone nearby was smoking. The smell became so pervasive that my clothing and personal belongings absorbed it. As someone who regularly meets with business clients, having my clothes smell like marijuana is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Equally concerning was the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the staff. Attempts to contact the front desk by phone frequently went unanswered. When I went to the front desk in person to report the problem, the response was dismissive and indifferent. Rather than showing concern or making any meaningful effort to address the issue, staff appeared annoyed that the complaint was being brought to their attention. The room itself was also poorly maintained. The toilet seat was loose and constantly shifted during use. The lid would not remain upright and repeatedly fell down, creating an ongoing inconvenience that should have been identified and corrected long before the room was assigned to a guest. This is a basic maintenance issue that reflects a lack of attention to detail and property upkeep. What disappointed me most was not simply the condition of the room, but the complete lack of urgency and accountability when concerns were reported. Guests should not have to repeatedly seek assistance for problems that directly affect their comfort and ability to conduct business. To make matters worse, when I checked out and explained the issues I experienced during my stay, the front desk manager’s response was to suggest that I likely had enough loyalty points for a free night stay and that my experience would be passed along. At that point, a complimentary night was not the issue. The issue was that the concerns had already been reported during my stay and were never properly addressed when the hotel had the opportunity to resolve them. Offering points or suggesting a future free stay after the fact does not correct the lack of action, poor communication, or the impact the stay had on me professionally. What I was looking for was accountability, professionalism, and a genuine effort to address the problems when they were first brought to management’s attention. Unfortunately, that never happened. I only stayed at this location because my preferred IHG property in town was fully booked. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to other travelers, particularly business travelers who expect a clean, professionally managed environment where guest concerns are taken seriously.

  Our room was absolutely filthy!! Found a dirty sock in the corner. Floors were as bad as walking outside barefoot. We had to lay towels down from the rr to get the bed or put our shoes in to walk around the room. Even the hallways made it feel like they haven’t been mopped in months.

  I booked a hotel online for 3 nights and paid a $122 deposit. The remaining amount had to be paid by 11:59 PM. However, 12 hours before the deadline, I received a message saying that the reservation was canceled because the “card is invalid,” and I would lose my deposit (they refunded $1). I do not recommend booking a room here in advance if you do not want to lose your money.
