  I was really glad to be with my family, and I understand that some of the circumstances during our stay were outside of anyone’s control. That said, there were a few things that I believe can be improved moving forward. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned, and when we finally got in, the trash can was still full. The shower had two shampoos but no body wash, and the lobby had quite a few flies — some even made their way into the coffee machine — likely because the back door stays propped open for long‑term guests. I also noticed a guest’s dog had an accident inside, and the owner didn’t clean it up, which was disappointing. I know this is a newer hotel, only about six or so months old, and there’s a lot of potential here. With stronger management presence and more consistent staff training, I think the overall experience could improve significantly. On a positive note, the young woman at the front desk — I believe her name was Anastasia (sorry I'm bad with names) — was an absolute delight. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and were genuinely appreciated.

  I love the area the hotel is located in. Each time I've stayed, the staff has been nice. It's a brand new hotel, I think it opened either, the end of January or the end of February 2026. Have stayed there a few times but this time there were stains on 2 of the pillows and I don't like the fact you can't sign into any of your streaming platforms.

  They overbooked the rooms and did not provide any prior notice. When I arrived at the front desk to check in after 5 p.m., I was simply told “no rooms available” without any explanation, and they stated that it was not their responsibility. When I raised a complaint, a staff member responded with a dismissive “goodbye,” almost as if mocking me, and the manager I spoke to over the phone maintained a cold, strictly formal tone throughout, offering no real assistance. This experience completely ruined my trip to Mobile. What upset me most was not just the overbooking itself, but the unprofessional and disrespectful way the staff handled the situation.

  Pass on this one Not any better at the home2 . That exit needs a Marriott asap.

  The hotel is nice but the rooms were not very clean. There were mutile pieces of hair on the bed and surfaces and there was hair in the bath towels. I had a long stay and this made me uncomfortable. The staff was nice and helpful but the rooms could be cleaner.
