  This hotel met all of our needs. It was so clean, the ambiance was pleasing, breakfast was yummy ...I could go on. The staff was amazing. Thank you to all the wonderful friends that made our stay pleasant!

  I would highly recommended staying here at the Best Western Plus in Mobile. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the lobby is large, bright and cheerful. Our room was very clean, especially the bathroom. I've never stayed in a hotel where the bathrooms were that clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, more so than my bed at home. The breakfast was good with a huge dining room. Most mornings they had eggs, bacon or sausage, fried potatoes, a waffle machine, cereals and muffins. The location was good and right around the corner was the Half shell Oyster House restaurant that has great seafood gumbo and other dishes. You can literally walk to it from the hotel. Also a fire house subs near by that has good subs. It was our first time in Mobile and the hotel definitely added to a good trip.

  We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every employee we interacted with was friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay. Miss D was absolutely wonderful, she did such a great job keeping everything fresh and organized and the breakfast selection had a lot of variety. Everything was well stocked and delicious. Really appreciated the hospitality here. I Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good service and a comfortable stay.

  We wanted to find a safe, clean hotel that was reasonably price and had a breakfast, pool, and workout room. This checked all the boxes. The staff were very kind, especially towards our two toddlers. The breakfast was good- everything you would expect from a hotel breakfast. Our only complaint is that the laundry detergent they use has a very strong, cologne smell. Other than that, we’d come here again knowing that it’s a reliable hotel.

  The employees here were very friendly! The remodeled front part of the hotel is very nice, but once you get to the elevators it was darker and obvious that had not all been remodeled. My room had hair in my shower and on sink when I got there. I always take wipes with me because I travel a lot and just took care of it myself, but felt like the room was not very clean behind doors and corners at all. Breakfast felt like the bare minimum quality.
