  This is the best Holiday Inn that I’ve stayed at. The rooms and property are very clean, quiet, spacious, safe, and the housekeeping did a very good job on the room daily. The bed and AC made sleeping each night very comfortable. The property was better than the other Marriott’s I had stayed at in the same area, but much cheaper.

  Oshane - the gentlemen working the breakfast area - is an amazing person. very helpful and goes out of his way for kiddos. couldn’t be happier! ty Oshane! (video by meta glasses)

  I spent 2 weeks there for work, and my start was perfect. Clean room, helpful people at the reception and really nice Oshane during our breakfast. I am sure I will repeat again in the near future.

  I have stayed at hotels all over the southeast with my kids and travel sports. The staff here is the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever had to deal with. The lady that worked Friday night went out of her way to get a question answered for me about my stay. Will 100% stay here again when visiting Hoover for baseball or going to Ttown for football/baseball. Excellent stay, quiet and staff was the nicest staff I’ve ever met.

  Long road trips are tough, but this hotel experience was excellent. I'm always nervous when i call and get automated prompts in the beginning, but i got to a live person pretty quick(offsite) who was extremely helpful. (More on that below). My son and I got there around 2am after a long and exhausting drive and the entrance was secured enough that i felt totally comfortable coming in at that hour. The lady who got me checked-in was quick, friendly, and straightforward, which was exactly what I needed at 2am. The rooms were very clean and quiet with a large bathroom and blackout shades on the window(huuuge plus). Beds were warm, comfy, and had plenty of pillows and blankets. In the morning I went out to the car and noticed how nice and clean everything else was. The landscaping and grounds looked great, I even saw one of the employees pick up a few pieces of trash from the parking lot on his way in, which I just think shows when employees actually care about the place they work. There was breakfast ready in the lobby when i was on my way out. It was simple, yet still had everything I could've wanted (biscuits, gravy, sausage, pancakes, eggs, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cereal, yogurt, danish, potatoes, drinks, and fruits). Honestly it was a super quick visit, but the experience really left a great impression on me. The drive fried my brain, so the only picture I got on this trip was my pokemon plush sleeping on the bed here I wanted to also brag on the initial help i got on the phone through IHG. The hotel I wanted wasn't going to have the type of room I needed, so they were actively helping me find something else along my route while I was driving. They were able to find and book the room for me and they also called on my behalf to let the front desk know I wouldn't be arriving until 2am. IHG is amazing 👏 10/10
