Honestly the rooms were sub par, half the outlets didn’t work. Hot tub looks like it’s been damaged for a year. The worst part was the two fat black women that worked the front desk, worst customer service imaginable, especially the one that refuses to stand up out of her chair. All and all I would imagine the good reviews were from some time ago or paid for. Don’t waste your stay at this one.

Room was filthy. There were roaches. The floor was so dirty my socks were black. TV on is last leg. Hairdryer broken. Pool was in disrepair. Was told there was an airport shuttle only to arrive and find out there hasn't been one for weeks due to repair issues.

We stayed one night, they originally had us in room 219 which smelled like cat urine and mildew, bathroom door would not close, and the minifridge did not cool. We realized the barn style bathroom door hardware was ripped off the wall and requested another room. They moved us to 221 which did not smell like urine, just mildew. We sucked it up and finished our evening there intending to swim but the pool is in shambles. Tiles missing all around the edge, lining is chipping, and overall dirty. We would not stay here again. Staff was very friendly

Was a giant health code violation and not even close to an accessible room. We travel between the coast and Cleveland several times a year and usually stay someplace between Huntsville and Nashville when we are on our back. I will NEVER stay here again. I get that most wheelchair accessible rooms are not really accessible but - my chair is already set high so the bed normally doesn't need a board for me to get into. This bed was 3 inches higher than my already 3 inch higher than standard custom chair and the dressor set 6 inches away from the wall so a chair can barely fit between the bed and the furniture.... And then there was the plethora of black mold. So to sum things up. Not even remotely accessible, communities of black mold. So if you're at risk of lung disease, you're doing to have even bigger problems here than most places. The only good thing about the place was the innkeeper was cool and it was quiet. Probably because everyone was fatigued from the black mold spores.

We arrived at the hotel and were given two rooms. One room had a large amount of standing water under the air conditioner unit and the room smelled musty as if it had been there a while. The other room had broken locks, one of which was lying on the floor in the bathroom as if no one checked the room prior to having guests. We went back down to the front desk to let them know about it. They then offered to change one of our rooms (not both, only the one with water) and so gave us another room to move stuff to. This room had a smell that hit you like a brick wall when you walked in. Something similar to laundry left in the wash forgotten for a few days. Also crawling on the air conditioner unit were little black bugs. Immediately we went to the front desk and just let them know after three rooms all having issues we were not comfortable staying. They would not refund our money and when Expedia (who we booked through) tried to reach out to them, they also wouldn’t get back with them to talk about a refund. So we still had to pay for the rooms and then last minute drive and find another hotel for the night. This is the worst hotel we have ever been to. To have a place be that problematic and have the issues we had and not refund, it is ridiculous. We were very patient and even tried a different room but after the smell and bugs of the last room we had reached our limit of shuffling around luggage for 8 people, definitely do not recommend.
