  4th stay here. Always clean, friendly and comfortable. I travel for work in construction so rest is important. You rest at this BW. The restaurant is pretty awesome too.

  We’ve had a wonderful experience staying at the Best Western Plus in Madison, Alabama! The customer service here has been absolutely fantastic. We did have a couple of minor hiccups when we first arrived. Our room key wasn’t working properly, and the sliding bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. However, the lovely lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make things right! She was incredibly kind, understanding, and offered to have someone come take a look at the issue. She even offered to take a little money off our stay, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. It’s not often you come across customer service like that! As for the hotel itself, our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool is open and operating, which is a huge plus, and the fitness room looks great as well. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the Wi-Fi connection is quite slow, so I’d recommend being prepared to use your phone’s data if you need a reliable internet connection. That and the bathroom door were really our only complaints, and neither was enough to take away from our overall experience. What really stood out to me was how well the staff handled the little issues we encountered. Things aren’t always going to be perfect anywhere you stay, but the way a hotel treats its guests makes all the difference. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Madison or Huntsville area. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one! ❤️

  This is an older facility. Pool green with mold, hot tub closed. Both in disrepair. Hallway carpet old and looks as though it has not been vacuumed in several days. Entry ways are not clean, glass dirty and dirt accumulated around. Common area furniture old, worn and dirty. Staff friendly and helpful. Room ok for the price. Bedding clean.

  Come on Hotel Management! There's no way you should be charging $100+ with old outdated pictures, for the condition of this hotel. You need to address this immediately! I came for the weekend, had a flight cancelled, and barely made it to a wedding. I expected to be able to relax at the hotel. No way... It's filthy, carpet & furniture are worn & full of stains, there's a strong mildew smell throughout the hotel, rips in the paint & walls, mold on the drapes and walls... I wanted the shuttle, it was not available, wanted coffee, machine is broken, wanted to relax at the pool & hotel tub, both unavailable, it's full of green algae & obviously not being maintained with proper chemical treatment. Wow!! Guys this is unacceptable!! It's beyond jaw dropping. What you think you are buying and what you receive are vastly different. The price is the same as all the other hotels! I was able to sleep, and the AC was good, and staff was polite. This is not ok to deceive people, update your ads/website and show the real conditions!! I do not recommend coming here.
