  I checked in at 3:00 AM on May 8. I called on May 7 and told staff I would be late checking in. I was given a room key to room 131. When me and my Mother open the door a man jumps out of his bed. The guy at the front desk gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. I went back to the front desk and had to call out for him. I told him that he gave me a key to an occupied room. He really didn't care and gave me another room. The hotel had already canceled my reservation when I arrived. I was glad to leave. Every door had chipped paint. The carpet was dirty, not vacuumed. Rooms outdated. The whole place was disgusting. I stayed at this hotel last year but I will never ever stay here again. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

  The rooms need updating and the front desk clerk was slow amd I was the only one in the lobby. Location is great! Just an overnight stay it's okay.

  Front desk representative was rude, tv did not work, called maintenance and they said to replace the TV since they could not fix the remote. Phone in room did not work and the fridge was warm. Couldn't get it to cool off.

  We were in room 228, TV was half way broken upon arrival and found a roach i had to Kill myself, whole hotel is probably infested

  Great choice while traveling! The property and rooms are so clean. Check in was great. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was so good!
