  This new hotel is designed for me. Great rates. Modern lines and surfaces. Very comfortable beds. Coffee brewed on demand by the cup. Friendly staff.

  So far, I have had a very concerning and disappointing experience during my stay. The male staff was extremely unprofessional and, at times, rude. I clearly requested an extension of my stay and asked that the same card used the previous day be charged for an additional night. However, I received a call from a staff member who incorrectly stated that I said I would rebook the room, which was not the case. More alarmingly, a male staff member entered my room without authorization while I was completely nude. This was a serious breach of privacy and safety, and he was unable to provide a clear explanation of how or why it occurred. Shortly after, I was told my card had been declined and was instructed to come to the front desk. Given the earlier interaction and tone used, I was uncomfortable engaging further in person. The card in question was valid, as it had been successfully used the night before. Due to these issues, I had to contact customer service to resolve the situation rather than continue interacting with staff on-site. I ended up having to go back through the IHG app and book a completely new reservation using the EXACT same card as before, only to be told I might be double-charged. All of this could have been handled simply by extending my stay, but due to their incompetence, it was not. Additionally, there are cultural differences in how they speak to women; raising your voice, telling me what I did and did not say, and dictating what I need to do is incomprehensible. They may not respect women where they are from, but this is elsewhere, and that behavior is completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here based on the lack of professionalism and the serious lapse in guest safety and privacy.

  We stopped here for one night while traveling from Indiana to Florida. Really nice hotel for a great price. Rooms were really clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was phenomenal! Every single person we came in contact with was very friendly day and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

  First and foremost, as soon as I called to confirm my reservation! Luke (Dr. Luke), made me excited to check in. You can feel his energy through the phone. As soon as I seen him, I knew who he was! He is so precious. Miss Jocelyn and Miss Felice are remarkable workers. Very professional, friendly, and personable. I would recommend this hotel 1000 times over. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were super clean! This hotel is officially goated ❤️
