I asked that my room be cleaned around 8:00am Friday morning and when I returned to my at 3:00pm it still wasn’t cleaned. I stopped one of the housekeepers in the hallway and mentioned that I I requested my room be cleaned. She explained to me that they were short staff on housekeepers. I then asked if she would just bring me towels, pull the trash, and fill up the soap. She was very friendly and polite. I left the hotel to run out for a few hours but I call the front desk just to ensure that my room would be taken care of and it still wasn’t done! I ended up having to go to the front desk to ask again. Overall the staff was super friendly but I wouldn’t stay a second time. I understand being understaff but following through means more to me!

Run! For a newer hotel you would think it’s ok, but it’s horrible. Snoop Dog checks you in but doesn’t listen to a thing you tell him because he's on a facetime call with a young lady. The room was dirty, had bugs, towels were not clean, Bed was not clean, floors were sticky, door doesn’t fit and people in the hall can look directly into your room through the crack in the door jam. Rooms have no dressers, no coffee makers, no microwaves, TV’s do not work and shut off every 4 minutes. Beds are so unstable that just sitting on it you sink in 7-8 inches, blinds are broken, pool is green scum pond water, and other guests are smoking weed in neighboring rooms and very loud. The place is total garbage, the breakfast is minimal effort with eggs so runny that you need to plan for extra time on the toilet. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place absolutely lowers the bar, I now believe other hotels in the area that are broken down are much better stays!

I had to come in town for a quick one night stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The front desk representative was nice during check in. I will definitely stay here again if I have to come back to Huntsville. The value is exceptional.
