  The staff was wonderful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn't be better! However for the price we paid, the shower area needs some attention, as there were grey, brown, and orange areas in the grout. A little deep cleaning with a scrub brush and some bleach or mildew remover would make a world of difference. Otherwise, thanks.

  Rooms were clean and quiet. Very convenient location for family visiting as we live in north Huntsville. Only downside is the ac. I think it’s one of those temperature controlled ones/energy efficient ones maybe?. A few times mom woke up and the entire unit was off and the room as really warm. This was after she ensured she set it to 68 and then 70. It’s June. And was about 87 the two days she stayed. So the air got dense quick and disturbed sleep. Everything else was wonderful. But definitely check how the rooms are controlled with cooling.

  Stayed at this property overnight. The check-in was quick and front desk was awesome. Plenty of parking around the building. Rooms were clean, it was quiet and I would definitely recommend this location.

  Excellent plumbing since I oversaw it. Toilets flush, hot water is hot enough and at your room in 10 seconds or less. Housekeeping and the maintenance guy are friendly and do their jobs well. Location? We'll i guess that depends on where you're going the next day. So, can I get a free night now?

  A friend and I were to attend the Bonsai show put on by the local Huntsville Bonsai Club and I booked two rooms for us. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The Hotel is brand new and the rooms very nice and everything was well maintained. The free breakfast in the morning was first rate. I really enjoyed the biscuits and white sausage gravy. True southern food. The check-in was a bit slow because the clerk was having trouble checking in the woman in front of us - supposedly “computer trouble”, but I suspect the clerk was being kind and the woman really having a “short between the headsets”. My one gripe was the TV and remote. The remote was difficult use - my friend said he could never get the network on the TV he wanted. The TV was annoying! Every time you changed the channel or volume setting it would announce the new setting. For instance, if you tried to change the volume setting from 15 to 35 the TV would announce each setting out loud, Setting 36, Setting 37, Setting 38, etc., etc. Very annoying. The need to get new remotes for each room and, if possible, reprogram their TV’s to to silence them while changing settings
