Horrible! Keep going. Very dirty, the floors looks like motor oil all thru the hall ways. The elevator has not been wiped down in years very filthy. The rooms were dated and dirty. Dirty towels found hanging on the shower rod. Dirty toilet . Don’t stop here. They will not give a refund. No one takes ownership of the mess. The state department of health need to shut it down.

Room 219 was disgusting. Jim said i needed to call priceline, but refused to look at the pictures. Then when Priceline called him, he refused to give his name. He also refused to discuss the room and refused to give the refund for this disgusting bathroom.

My family and I recently traveled to Gulf Shores for a weekend vacation so our children could enjoy the beach. After driving 9.5 hours through severe weather, including two tornado warnings, we finally arrived at the hotel around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday evening. Unfortunately, our stay quickly became a very disappointing experience. Around 1:30 a.m., my husband and son began experiencing severe itching. By approximately 4:30 a.m., I was also being bitten and discovered what appeared to be bed bugs in our room. After notifying the front desk, we were moved from the second floor to a room on the first floor. As a woman who is six months pregnant and already exhausted from the long drive, having to move rooms in the middle of the night was extremely stressful. After showering and settling into the new room, we were finally able to get some rest. The following morning, my husband found and killed five roaches in our second room. He immediately brought them to the front desk, and we were moved yet again. At this point, I was frustrated and disappointed that we had experienced serious issues in two different rooms within less than 24 hours. Throughout our stay, I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager regarding these concerns. Each time, I was told the manager was unavailable or would be present at a later time. Despite making several attempts over multiple days, I was never able to speak with management directly while on the property. Due to the conditions and overall experience, my family decided to check out early rather than remain through our scheduled departure date. Before leaving, I again requested to speak with the manager regarding a refund but was informed that management was unavailable. After returning home to Louisiana, I contacted corporate to report the situation and request a resolution. Days later, the only response I have received from the General Manager was an apology, with no meaningful effort made to address the circumstances. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences my family has ever encountered. Between the bed bugs, roaches, multiple room changes, lack of management availability, and the stress placed on my family during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, I cannot recommend this property. Pool is absolutely destroyed and unsanitary. Mortar around the pool edge is broken missing crumbling and or cover in grime/mold. The filter appears to be broke . Tons of debris in the pool. Mold around edges near skimmer intake and "deep" end of pool. It's only 5 ft. Our room has broken base boards in the bathroom. Only ran in real quick to use the restroom when I saw that. $340 a night for a queen suite and it appears to have severe maintenance issues. Front desk people were nice at least? Severely overpriced for the shape the hotel is in. Wifi also seemed to be extremely slow. It's slower than AOL dial-up.

We recently stayed here for 5 days during our family vacation in Gulf Shores and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy everything Gulf Shores has to offer. The only area that could use some improvement was breakfast. While we appreciated having breakfast included, several mornings the food trays were empty, and guests were left waiting for items to be refilled. The staff worked to replenish the food, but it seemed like they struggled to keep up during the busy breakfast rush. Other than that, our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Gulf Shores. Thank you for helping make our family vacation enjoyable! 🌴☀️🏖️
