- BHBrad HathawayJun 20, 20264.0We stayed here while traveling and loved the convenient location right off the interstate, making it an ideal stop for families on the road. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff did a great job keeping everything stocked and fresh throughout the morning rush. Our room was comfortable with a nice ambiance and plenty of light for reading. We did find the bedding a little light, and an extra blanket would have made for a warmer night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, although the front desk experience was more businesslike than warm and welcoming. Overall, we had a very good stay and would happily stay here again during future travels.

- JKJacquelin KingMay 28, 20262.0Stayed here last year and had such a great experience that we specifically chose to come back. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite. After driving all night with two young kids, we checked in around 12:30am and walked into a room that was still untouched from the previous guests — beds unmade, towels on floor, and trash cans full. After calling around, there was no availability anywhere else, so the front desk said they could clean the room for us. We paid $250 to sleep in a room that was still dirty from the previous tenants’ room with only “fresh” bedding. I sent photos showing the trash, bathroom, and dirty surfaces immediately to corporate. Management acknowledged the issue and said they addressed it internally but because I wasn’t an IHG rewards member, they said points couldn’t even be considered for recovery/refund. Very disappointing. Pics of all the used items/surfaces we paid for.
