  Enjoyed our stay at this hotel but the BEST part of it was Katrina during breakfast! She was so busy taking care of people, keeping the food hot and refilling it, and she said hello to nearly everyone and wished all a great day and safe travels. She was so friendly and kind that I had to hug her neck when we left. Such a sweet soul! People like Katrina take a stay to the next level of excellence! Give her a HUGE pat on the back! We will look for her when we travel home again in September and stay here for our overnight stay coming and going.

  From our super late night check-in with Crystal, breakfast with Katrina and interactions of needs with Olivia in the morning...sincerely such a relief of a find. The staff here are beyond top notch, every need met while exceeding expectations.

  The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Breakfast here is awesome. Probably my favorite holiday inn👍🏻 McKayla at the front desk is amazing

  Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gadsden W-Near Attalla by IHG Check In: It was a very simple check in with no issues Friendliness of staff: Staff was very helpful and courteous Lounge: Was very clean and spacious Breakfast: Was served and had a nice variety of food and the server was very nice, came by to see if you wanted more and took your empty plates. Bathroom Was very clean and with filled toiletries Room 1 at the lowest 10 for the highest Spacious (10) this room was absolutely spacious with spa tub Clean (9) some of the floor was dirty Towels (8) not the best of towels but did the job. Toiletries (9) had built in the shower, bar of soap Bed (9) was comfortable Pillows (9) You could tell they was old TV (10) good size for room Room Temp (7) Could not get it to work. Went to the front desk to find out that the thermostat on the wall didn’t work and had to make adjustments from the unit. Worked fine and stayed cool/warm Water Temp (9) water didn't get too hot so you could have it turned all the way to hot and it wasn’t going to be so hot that you had to turn a bit of cold on. Used the jacuzzi tube and the water had a brown color to it. Drained the tub and refilled and wasn’t that bad.
