The staff is made up of the most compassionate, kindest people. Amber has the biggest heart and really cares about people. They have gone above and beyond to make this an easy stay working with us siblings coming from different states to be with our mother in the hospital as she had a medical emergency while traveling. They allowed checkin to be easy for us when other hotels could have made it hard for us coming in at different times with one person booking the room but a different sibling arriving first. They were flexible with check outs to align with mom’s hospital discharge and her ability to feel ready to travel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. All of the bedding is pure white and clean. The breakfasts had a variety of options for everyone. I ate the boiled eggs and grits everyday. My brother had the bacon and eggs and my daughter liked the biscuits and gravy. Coffee available 24/7. It was a nice machine that ground the whole beans and brewed each cup freshly. When my brother & I both needed to work remotely, the staff found a second office chair so we could both work in the same room. I could go on and on. God really looked out for my mom and for 3 of us who came to support her.

Excellent Place to Stay! Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and get a good night’s rest after a long day of traveling. From the moment we made our reservation to the time we checked in, the ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options and everything well-stocked. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was also incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! A clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding customer service and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this place, and we would happily stay here again! A special thank you to the lovely morning front desk receptionist who kindly gave my son some cookies! It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated her kindness! ❤️

Guest laundry didn't work. The microwave in our room didn't work. The elevator was out of order & clearly has been for awhile. The pool was closed too, smh. Maintenance man must be non existent here. I'm not sure how this is a Best Western "Plus".
