  Off Interstate 59. Gadsden, AL. No issues at this location. Good price. Clean and safe. Connected to another hotel. Share the Lobby.

  It was a really nice, clean stay. Beds were very comfortable. The place was beautiful. Evening staff was great! Tori - I think was her name doing the breakfast, was so kind and helpful, very friendly! Morning staff was a little snippy!! Need to put a sign up by ice maker if you are limited to two small buckets! You also have to tell everyone and not just one person. I saw a man fill a cooler so I was just grabbing enough ice to keep a couple of our water cold for the long drive! As for something that the hotel has no control over…we felt safe in our location until I was coming in the side door at the end of the hall in a stairwell. You have to use a room key!! A guy who was hanging outside with about 8 other people ran up behind me and stuck his foot in the door to hold it open so he could come in behind me. That has a second door to the rooms or you are in the stairwell. He followed me in and went in and filled his cooler with ice. I could see this group out our window and they spent hours out there. They were smoking weed because our A/C unit was above them and our room smelled like weed. I don’t care for the smell of it and surely don’t want it in my room. I didn’t say anything to staff but I’m sure they know what’s going on outside the side of the building. The same people left tons of cigarette butts and ash on the sidewalks and outside dining areas from the breakfast lobby! Sad! Such a nice place should not need security. Hotel overall is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star! Little miss snippy (on two occasions) is why I gave it a four star overall! Kindness goes a long way and there was definitely a better way to say what she was trying to say! 🥴😢

  We stayed at this hotel while traveling, they overcharged my credit card and I've made several attempts at reaching the general manager and the owner to resolve this issue or even get an explanation of charges and nobody will speak to me, they refuse to take my calls. I was asked if I wanted to join the membership club when I checked in, not being told there was a fee for it, in fact everyone at the front desk told me they do not charge for the membership yet there's a charge for it on my credit card. We are extremely disappointed in this chain we thought we would be safe staying with a large chain sadly it turned into the biggest rip off we've ever encountered with a hotel. If you're thinking about staying here watch your credit card statement carefully and be prepared to overpay.

  My room was great, it was supposed to be handicapped accessible , but ended up being on the second floor. Not wheelchair accessible.But it was ok overall.

  Lady at the front is too flirty with married men I traveled 14 hours and realized I left my wallet back home and called asking how to check in without my id and they told me as long as I have a picture of my id that would be perfectly fine. The lady when I got here said that it was probably the manager that said that and then wouldn’t honor it.
