- AHAshley HarrellJul 3, 20263.0I’ve stayed at the Candlewood Suites twice in the past 45 days, both times in the King Suite. During my first stay, I noticed a bit of dirt on the floors and counters, but I didn’t pay much attention to it. However, my second stay was much worse. The floors were exceptionally dirty, with visible dirt and even soiled bathroom floors. I had to ask for a broom to clean them. On both stays, the AC unit in my bedroom made noise all night long, even though I was in different rooms. The most concerning incident during my second stay was when the fire alarms went off, but not in my room. This raised concerns about potential threats. This morning, I went to make coffee and was disappointed to find only two packages of decaf. The styrofoam coffee cups weren’t individually wrapped, which suggested they had been reused. To top it off, there was no trash can in the kitchen. It’s disappointing to find an IHG location in this condition. Especially when this location is not that old. As an IHG member, I may look for somewhere else to stay when in this area.

- DDDebbie DunnJun 22, 20265.0We drove from Columbus Ohio because of the Alabama thing that they was having on the farm I chose this hotel not knowing anything about it but once we got there everybody was so nice so helpful the continental breakfast was good fell in love with the shower so I have to give us hotel a five star I have to give everybody a five star for the two young ladies at work the desk and the young lady that did the breakfast I was very pleased with my room
