  Park is well maintained. Employees are scarce, kind of on your own while there. Location is great Was not a fan of the public shower setup but bathrooms are nice and clean.

  We found this RV resort through a YouTube channel we follow, and it exceeded our expectations! It was even better than we imagined. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions while still being a great place to relax. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

  Absolutely loved this RV park! Extremely well kept, sites level beautifully landscaped, and walked the whole park and not a bad site in the whole place! , pathways between roads make it easy to get to bathhouse ,pools and other amenities easily very quiet but right near everything you need we did not use bathhouse during our stay since we were staying in our camper water pressure good, WiFi was great, pool was nice,this park is a gem! And priced very reasonable ( super nice staff) even offers specials we will definitely be back

  It was very clean & pretty. Convenient to pretty much anything you want to do. Great places to eat! If you have children or dogs great place to be! The 4th of July celebration which was held on the 3rd was really fun for the younger ones.

  Extremely disappointing experience. This "resort" is poorly maintained and has some of the worst customer service we've experienced. Our site flooded every single morning because of the sprinklers. The entire concrete pad and surrounding grass became giant puddles and mud, making it impossible to access storage under our RV or even cook breakfast outside. We complained multiple times, and absolutely nothing was done. The pool area was consistently filthy. There was trash floating in the pool while our kids were swimming, garbage all over the pool deck despite plenty of trash cans, toys everywhere, and dirty clothes and socks left lying around. For a place with so many posted rules, none of them seem to be enforced. When we brought it to the office's attention, instead of apologizing, the front desk insisted the area was clean and acted as though the problem didn't exist. A manager eventually came out, picked up two water bottles, and walked away. That was the extent of the "cleanup." To top it off, while we were packing up to leave, staff decided it was the perfect time to weed-whack directly next to our site, spraying grass, weeds, and dirt all over our RV instead of simply waiting until we had left. The lack of customer service was obvious throughout our stay. Staff were unfriendly, rarely acknowledged guests, ignored legitimate concerns, and showed no interest in resolving issues. We will not be returning and would not recommend Tropic Hideaway Resort to anyone expecting a clean, well-managed RV resort The only pro was that it is located very close to shops, theme parks and the beach.
