  This place is eerie, it's 90% abandoned with a few shops surviving. Hardly anyone walking around. It has so much potential but sadly it feels like you're walking around a movie set. I cannot comment on the water park or amusement area we only checked out the walk up shops. Seems to be that the amusement and water park is highly rated from other patrons.

  Perfect theme park for a quick family fun! Recommend doing the water park with the amusement. You get the best of both worlds and get to switch things up if you wanna change it up. Price is fair for what you’re purchasing! Enjoy the indoor water park for when the weather is not ideal outside! Take your family you will not be disappointed!

  It was truly a highly enjoyable time had all the way around for all. As a single parent with being an active uncle/godfather, I was able to have fun with my little squad but also relax & let them safely have fun and be kids without but always in good viewing. I really recommend this for a fun & quick family dip. SN we're going back for the amusement park portion

  I love going for walks at OWA, but that is about all it is good for. The quality of food available is severely lacking. I have eaten at every restaurant in the park and would never return to any of them. They are absolutely disgusting. The only good restaurant that they used to have, Paula Deans, they shut down. Bad move doing that. The festivals they have are kid focused only, so there is nothing really for adults to do except shop. We live in Foley and only visit maybe once or twice a year and just walk around. If they had better quality restaurants we would visit more frequently.

  This was my families first time at the GCHAB Festival and we will definitely be back. There were so many vendors we couldn't visit them all. High winds threatened to cancel the balloon glow but they did manage to inflate and glow for about an hour. The drone show was quite impressive. And the live music rocked with The Molly Ringwalds. A very entertaining 80's cover band that never disappoints. It was not our first time to see them. Oh yeah, I made the shot for their chipping challenge.
