  Myself and three others went to the park and water park. While the few rides we did were fun, there were a few streamlining things that could be improved on. If you need a locker, be prepared to stand in line! The lockers in the water park are in high demand, so a cheat code is to use the ones by the outdoor water park bathrooms; they are larger and more open. The locker section would benefit from having a couple kiosks just for opening lockers, and others for buying lockers. Also, while other water parks I've attended have done routine "people checks", where they remove everyone from the water and check that all is well, Tropical Falls did not do this. There should be more-clearly posted signs that people are not allowed to carry around pool tubes and such. Overall, I'm sure that they were doing the best they can with the resources they have. If you burn easily, make sure you wear sunscreen even in the water park area; sun still shines through! Would I go again, though? Yes; yes I would!

  My kids enjoyed their time at Tropic Falls, but they were shocked by the behavior of some of the staff and attraction attendants. My son is well under the weight limit for the slide. In fact, he weighs significantly less than that. Despite this, the same attendant made him step on the scale every single time he rode, even when he had just gotten off the slide and immediately got back in line. He experienced the same treatment at other attractions as well, while people who were clearly heavier than he is were allowed to ride without being asked to weigh. As a parent, I find that kind of treatment unacceptable. I can't say what it was about my son that caused him to be singled out, but I can say that no child should be made to feel embarrassed or targeted while trying to enjoy a day at a water park. My son handled it better than I did, but next time this mama will be right there with him to make sure he's treated with the same respect and fairness as every other guest.

  The entire park is a TON of fun. Great place to bring the kids. The only reason im not giving a 5 star review is because they didnt have weight limits listed for the water slides, and a couple members from my party weren't able to ride after waiting in line for nearly an hour. They also did a poor job of keeping the drink machines stocked when we went, so the 5 $18 "free refill cups" I got for the family was essentially a big waste of money. However, you're allowed to bring your own cup and refill on water for free, which is what I would recommend if you go. Overall, the park is a lot of fun and is worth the cost of admission.

  I did not do the water park adventure. However, the rollercoaster theme park was fun. We spent about 2 hours there riding Strictly theme park rides also this location Kind of reminds me of Disney Springs because they do have that free area where all the shopping centers and splash pad is. I was really surprised because the park was basically empty. The lines were really short and it didn't take long to get anywhere. In the shopping area say Hello to Aiden at the pretzel Shop. IT was because it was extremely hot, so a lot of people were at the pool. OVERALL a Good Time

  I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this place earned one. If you’re looking for a relaxing day at a water park, look somewhere else. OWA Water Park seriously needs to start limiting the number of people they let in because this place was beyond overcrowded. There wasn’t a single area where you could actually enjoy yourself. Every lazy river felt like bumper cars, every walkway was shoulder-to-shoulder, and every line was so long you spent more time standing around than actually riding anything. It felt like they cared more about selling as many tickets as possible than giving anyone a decent experience. The crowd didn’t help either. I’ve never seen so many people completely oblivious to everyone around them. People cutting lines, stopping in the middle of walkways, shoving past others, letting their kids run wild without paying attention, and generally acting like basic courtesy didn’t exist. It was honestly exhausting. You expect some chaos at a water park, but this was on another level. To make matters worse, the staff acted like everyone was an inconvenience. Most of the employees we dealt with came across as rude, short-tempered, and uninterested in helping anyone. Asking a simple question felt like you were bothering them. Customer service goes a long way, especially when guests are already frustrated from waiting forever in lines, but that clearly wasn’t a priority here. The whole park just felt poorly managed. If you’re going to pack the place to the absolute limit, then you need enough staff, enough seating, enough tubes, and enough organization to handle it. Instead, it was overcrowded, disorganized, and frustrating from the moment we walked in until we left. For the amount of money admission costs, I expected a fun day. Instead, I got a lesson in patience surrounded by a sea of people who seemed to have forgotten how to function in public, while employees made the experience even less enjoyable. Until OWA starts capping attendance and improves the attitude of its staff, I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
