They never ignored you..which is a big plus.I travel frequently and usually feel like they are first and I have to wait until they are ready. Not here. Kudos to the front desk đź‘Ź.
- RHRebecca Whisenant HoodMay 28, 20261.0We arrived at the Holiday Inn Express 19751 Greeno Fairhope Al on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 for a 3:00 pm check-in. The hotel was in the process of upgrading their computer systems and was unable to check in/out any quest. After waiting three hours to check-in the hotel staff suggest we find another hotel because they didn't know when their systems would be working properly. Hotel management did not offer anyone any type of accommodations/coupon/compensation other than find another hotel on your own. We were road tripping from Florida back to Texas. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disgusted with the treatment we received. The management of this particular hotel needs to be removed!

My daughter left behind her favorite stuffed toy which your hotel found and asked us to send a FedEx label for them to mail the toy to us - which we promptly did. Since then, we have been communicating with a gentleman called Willis at the property who claims he personally handed the package to FedEx. However, it’s been almost a month and we have neither received the toy nor has the tracking number been activated on FedEx. Willis in the meantime, has stopped taking our calls. Obviously this is not the level of service we expect from a leading hotel brand! Can you please have someone follow-up with the hotel and give us an update on where my daughter’s toy is?
