  When seeing the ingestion of termites, that puts a damper on not going back! Stayed a few nights, never again. Nice staff and helpful,butt this place needs a refresh and pest control in bugs are not cool. Brand new Drury INN 20mins away &cheaper with dinner drinks and a big breakfast, clean and new I65

  Stayed for our anniversary but Wouldn’t recommend. If litter and trash bother you don’t stay here. Our room itself was clean, bed was comfortable, no rug so cold floor. Decor sparse with only a single chair and ottoman. LG TV in room was horrible being outdated and picture kept going dark and had to hold the remote just right to operate the tv. Trash in the hallways, in the vending area for 3 days piled up, outside in the parking lot and landscape and at pool. Also in the gym nothing had been wiped and cleaned with yuck in cup holders and fingerprints on mirrors. The pool had only sitting chairs, no loungers as shown in some pictures on website so no laying out to sun. Limbs from tree hung in the walkway with puddle to walk thru. On the positive, breakfast was good, room was clean and location was close to downtown Fairhope. Will not be back to this location. Hope this helps. Happy travels 😌

  Great location- on the main road in town. Since we were last there, they've remodeled- don't know if they're finished. On the downside, more parking is needed! They have a great coffee machine- which has a bean grinder, and after you make your choice, the beans are gound, and brewed fresh, and into the cup! I think they also have hot chocolate available using the machine?? I can't comment on the free breakfast they offer- we ate elsewhere.

  Bed was entirely too soft; like it had been slept on by the same person in the same spot for years. The staff was nice, willing, and helpful. Breakfast was good and coffee was available all the time. Bathroom is entirely TOO small and it took at least 15 minutes to get hot water to the room. TV choice was ok, but not great. Hotel is located in an easy to get to location on the highway not far from Fairhope Pier and with easy access to restaurants, shopping.

  THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU WILL NEED TO READ! DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!! SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR EVIDENCE. 13 BREACHES OF SECURITY and PRIVACY IN MY REWARDS ACCOUNT in 6 WEEKS. FAIRHOPE AL HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HAS COMMITTED A BREACH OF PRIVACY AND SECURITY TO MY REWARDS ACCOUNT AND I AM INVESTIGATING A RANDOM CHARGE ON MY AMEX CARD FROM IHG. Attached you will find a 3 screenshots of 13 entries in my rewards account over a 6 week period that demonstrates fraud was committed on my rewards account. I am absolutely flabbergasted that this was allowed and no parameters are in place to prevent this from happening. This needs to be addressed at the highest levels. A total breach of my privacy and security were allowed by IHG. At one point I had 125,000 points and suddenly I have 25,000. This location and their employees (Fairhope Holiday Inn Express) must be investigated immediately and my points returned and additional points added to my account for this breach of privacy and security and fraud on my account. I HAVE CONTACTED FAIRHOPE AL HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS MULTIPLE TIMES ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY WOULD CORRECT IT AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! I AM GOING TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
