  I recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites Enterprise by IHG (203 Brabham Dr.) for a month-long work trip. Since I was unfamiliar with the hotel, I originally booked it just for the full kitchen and amenities I needed to make a long trip bearable. What I didn’t expect was the incredible hospitality from the staff—especially Michael, Jocquise, and Emily. The entire team made my stay a hundred times better than I could have imagined. Every time I saw Michael at the front desk, he had a smile big enough to light up an arena. He constantly went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed without hesitation. The employees were always so kind and acknowledged me as if I was family, which was incredibly important to me during such a long stay. They always asked how my classes were going and recommended fantastic local places to visit and eat. The hotel was so impressive that several people from my class actually switched their reservations to stay here instead! If I could stay here for another whole month, I would. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I am a bit of a homebody, so I was actually upset to leave—but that just goes to show that this place truly felt like home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area; you won’t regret it. The staff deserves huge recognition for the hard work they put in for their guests. Thank you all for an amazing stay!

  I can not say enough great things about this hotel. Rooms have everything you need. Location is center to everything(great restaurants in the area) . Pool was clean and refreshing. But the best part? The team at this location. Michael and Jay, hands down, the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in the hotel industry. If you are ever needing to stay in Enterprise AL, I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

  I want to say this hotel was outstanding for our stay of 5 weeks. Hotel was clean, organized and great amenities of pool and gym. But what really made the stay great was Michael and Jay! These guys were super helpful, went above and beyond when we needed a little bit of extra treatment during our stay. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the two gentlemen. Management, if you see this I would highly recommend keeping this team. They are amazing. When I come back for more training, I will definitely stay at this candlewood.

  Was "well-worn"! Some of the caulk was moldy and if we did not wear slippers the socks became filthy. The coffee pot was moldy. The people were nice. No breakfast.
