  Love the night shift desk manager he is so sweet and happy to accomadate my family anytime we are in town I this area he goes above and beyond to be there for his guests.

  Perfect location near food, fuel and shopping. Large parking lot that was clean and well lit. Bright entry way leading to the check in desk where I was recognized as an IHG member. I prefer a room away from the elevator but these hallways are really long! The room was large and pretty clean. Only issue was the room across the hall had an earlier riser…5:30 am alarm went off each day and then they got ready blasting music! I think mats near the doors would help to absorb the sounds that are amplified by the LV flooring. A great value for the space provided and I would definitely book again.

  In Dothan for a week visiting family. Room is clean, comfortable and big enough for our needs. Was greeted by a friendly staff member upon check-in a couple nights ago and have been greeted every time we leave for the day and when we come back for the night. We have really enjoyed staying here and it is close to everything.

  The rooms were extremely disappointing and appeared to be very dirty and poorly maintained. The staff was also very rude and unprofessional. During my check-in, I witnessed Jasmine Martinez in the lobby yelling at another guest about how badly they smelled, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness as a customer waiting to be helped. I also overheard her making negative comments about guests, including talking about how "broke" they were, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Guests should be treated with respect regardless of their situation. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this location due to the condition of the rooms and the lack of professionalism from the staff.

  5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay from beginning to end! The customer service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and I was really impressed with how clean the entire hotel was — from the elevators to the hallways. The free coffee was a great bonus, and I also loved the convenience of the items for sale downstairs. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!
