    The rooms are clean & very spacious, but that lady that works nights at the front desk is very RUDE , NASTY ATTITUDE & YOU CANT UNDERSTAND HER, they need to replace her from the front desk because she will run all the good customers away .

    Not accomidating for wheel chair users We reserved a room with a roll in shower because my husband is in a wheelchair and when we got to the room its a walk in shower not a roll in then we were told by the front desk lady who does not speak english well that she gave us a handicap room with a walk in shower i told her i need a roll in shower she told me no they same thing THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING So my husband had to shower on the floor

    My child is a first responders who works the overnight shift. I called ahead to make sure she would be able to check in in the morning so she could sleep prior to going back to work. They assured me it would not be a problem as they had plenty of empty rooms. I booked the room and paid. Then my child arrived and the staff told her they would not help her she would have to wait for the manager to arrive. The manager decided to show up a little before 11, I got on the phone with the manager who told me that it wasn't her problem and if I didn't like my child having to wait then I could find a different hotel and good luck getting my money back. Mind you my child is still in her uniform and had to be back at work at 6. I explained to this manager that my child is tired and needed to get some sleep to which she responded its not her problem. I paid 140 dollars for her to sleep in this room from 8 am to 5 pm on the same day and this manager had her wait until after 11 and told me it wasn't her problem. It was not a room issue, the manager told me she was late to work because she had to pick up groceries and the girl at the desk didn't know how to check people in.
