  Just stayed overnight travelling through. Close to I-65. Clean and stocked room. Ice machine, pool and outdoor patio. Negs.... The entrances are steep and our luggage rack dragged. There are several grooves in the pavement from this design flaw. The breakfast was lame so we went to Puckett's. 2 tenths of a mile away. There are no outdoor cameras. This is 2026...they should have 3 on every side. Not the quietest hotel. Door closers set to slam. A lot of construction workers there. Someone's car alarm went off 4 times from 3am to 6am. Once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence....4 intentional...tried to see out the window to find it so they could be properly addressed by the sheriff but they silenced it quickly each time. This points to the awareness of the staff as to what is going on. We trust that someone is on watch while we are sleeping.

  We really enjoyed our over night stay!! The staff were really friendly and we loved to free popcorn, cookies, lemon water and tea when you come into the lobby! The breakfast was great!! Its a nice, clean and relaxing place to stay!!

  I called and reserved a ground floor room with a jacuzzi tub for my mother and her husband for their wedding night. I specifically asked for ground floor because they are both bling and her husband has a leg amputation. When they arrived to check in, they were told they were getting a second floor room and they did not accommodate them at all. As much as I called and emailed and tried every way to contact them. I was met with the reply, it was my fault. I did something wrong. They didn't even want to apologize for the mistake. Just kept blaming me for whatever it was that I did wrong by calling and asking for a ground floor room. The receipt I got after they checked out even said they put them on the ground floor and I have multiple emails saying they put them in a ground floor room, they clearly did not. Customer service has been awful. I would have been ok if someone maybe just said "I apologize, this was our mistake" or something similar.

  The kitchen was fantastic. The lady that works the kitchen went over and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. Even came over to meet our 1 year old. The rooms were clean stocked and ready to go, location was easy to reach and direct off the interstate. Thank you so much for the hospitality, this is the 2nd year in a row we stopped here and I'm sure we will next year

  I will not be staying at another Holiday Inn ever again. Arrived at 2pm for check in only to be told they had no king size rooms available even though check in was scheduled for 2 and I booked online. Arrived into the room to dirty covers and the bathroom floor looking like it had never been cleaned and was very busted up. Tried to take a nap, but couldn't, because the housekeepers were shouting down the hallway and stomping and slamming doors when the rooms have zero sound proofing. Could not sleep the entire night because the AC had barely any output and was extremely loud. Didn't bother to bring this up to staff because I didn't want the fight and knew it would ultimately do nothing.
