  Outstanding and exceptional service!!!! Our family was traveling to Brewton, Alabama, to pick up a parts truck. We were pulling a 24 foot gooseneck, and were concerned about parking. I called the hotel a few days ahead to make sure we would be able to park. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and informative. I felt good about our conversation, so I decided to book a reservation with this hotel. We got there late Friday evening. We were greeted immediately when we walked in by Christy at the front desk. She had our reservations ready and told us where we needed to park. She explained how to get to our rooms as quickly as possible from where we were parked so we wouldn't have to walk all the way around the hotel. We were able to access our rooms quickly and easily. Upon entering our room, we noticed how fresh and clean it was. Absolutely immaculate. I also noticed when I looked out the window that we could see our truck parked right outside our room. They really took special care and consideration when placing us in a room that would allow us to keep an eye on our truck and trailer. The next morning, on our way to breakfast, we were greeted by each and every staff member as we walked to the lobby. You could tell that they took pride in their jobs and loved where they worked. My husband and I were very impressed with our stay. I really don't remember the last time we had such outstanding service. Everyone went above and beyond in meeting our needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area.

  I found roach in the bathroom @2 am. I took the pictures and showed the front desk employee im morning. I never received a apology call anything from the management. Check your room before staying.

  This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was nice. I will say for anyone wanting to sit outside and relax or be in the pool..you can only be out there from 10am-8pm...even in the summer.
