  The check in staff was amazing. I wish I had gotten her name. She did everything correctly. As a GM I am constantly training my staff the proper techniques.

  Great front desk and house keeping. Very polite. Farrah was fast to get us to our rooms and checked in.

  The front desk check in staff was friendly and helpful. The location is near the airport and other options for bars and dining or shopping. The hotel itself is a little run down - the rooms are ok but definitely show signs of wear, including things such as a loose toilet seat. Floors seem sticky throughout and show overall wear. Only one elevator was functioning. Breakfast was your typical Holiday Inn Express selection. I would only stay here again if the price was right. Also the locked were changed on the rooms to a tap style and not swipe but the exterior door locks were disabled and not replaced posing a security risk. The gym and other amenity areas also did not get new locks so they are also disabled. NOTE: There is a very steep driveway entrance that would be difficult for any vehicle pulling a trailer to enter.

  The shower was very cold. I didn’t appreciate pets going to breakfast when people are allergic to animals and have allergies and you have a pet walking in breakfast that is uncalled for and when you check into this hotel, they don’t even tell you, but it’s pet friendly because I’m allergic to animals and you don’t need to put that in your hotel you should let people know that very disappointed about that
