  We booked a block of rooms here for a youth baseball tournament (stayed July 5th–8th), and it was easily the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. If you are traveling with children or a sports team, avoid this place at all costs. TERRIFYING SECURITY BREACH: The front desk is incredibly negligent. They handed out active room keys to me—and to my teenage son—for multiple rooms without ever asking for an ID or reservation verification. They just handed keys over based on word-of-mouth. On top of that, they mistakenly programmed my key for someone else's room, giving me unauthorized access to a stranger's space. Anyone could walk off the street and get into your room here. HOSTILE STAFF & DRUG USE: The entire first-floor hallway by the elevator and the second floor reeked of marijuana for our entire 4-day stay. Multiple employees reeked of it while on duty. A female employee named Sayvee was walking the property smelling heavily of it, and she physically shoulder-checked my mother and stepfather getting off the elevator. When my mom said "Excuse me," Sayvee aggressively snapped back that she should have said "You’re welcome" instead. Unbelievably hostile and unprofessional behavior. DISGUSTING POOL: We chose this hotel so our boys could swim after playing in 95-degree heat. The pool was a complete biohazard. A hotel stayer that was in the pool at the time said It was literally the color of Mountain Dew Baja Blast, with brown sludge piling up on the steps and bottom corners. It was completely unusable. BROKEN AC: The thermostats let you set the room to 65°F, but the actual temperature never dropped below 71°F. Coming from Michigan, we were sweating all night and couldn't get proper rest before the games. Management has zero control over this property. It is unsafe, dirty, and staffed by hostile people. Save your money and stay somewhere else where your family will actually be secure

  Nicole The manager is top-notch and so is Christian at the front desk. Give them a raise. I was here for business and just wanted to say how amazing and customer service driven they are. I visit many hotels on business and this one just was super clean and friendly and everything was just amazing. Literally after breakfast, they pull up all the chairs. The cleaning staff comes in clean all the floors so when I say it’s super clean, it really is. Thank you for all you do and if I could give this like 100 stars I would.
