  I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Danielle and Ashley were especially kind, friendly, and accommodating they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Their excellent customer service truly made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again!

  Short trip for my 56 bday. Check in was simple. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are dated a bit but the hotel is set for a complete renovation this year. They have a nice bar area located in the hotel. Breakfast I must say is amazing! Great choices. If you ask the front desk will give you a free breakfast card otherwise it’s $15 pp. I must give my utmost gratitude to two of the girls at the front desk. Stephania and Angel. These two girls went above and beyond anyone we have ever encountered at a hotel and we do travel a lot. They made sure we had everything and anything we needed. Let me not forget the bellman as well. They are amazing too. Zan and Mohammed was truly an asset at helping us with car rentals to a concert we attended while in Birmingham. I’d definitely stay here again and cannot wait to see the renovations that will be done.

  Ashley and Danielle both are a blessing and an asset to Holiday Inn Airport Birmingham They were always smiling and greeting customers with an abundance of joy. We came for a funeral though we were sad they made us smile. They were helping us with grief and didn't even know it. The conversations were great and very much appreciated. What a difference being nice kind funny and courteous makes.

  Greetings! This Holiday Inn near Alabama's Shuttleworth Airport is absolutely fabulous. From outstanding staff who render supreme Southern Hospitality; to a great chef who prepares a savory breakfast buffet each morning; and its awesome restaurant and bar, and fabulous bartender. The hotel room experience is also very positive and certainly offers comfort and cleanliness. Thank you to all staff and leadership for making my multiple night stays so very positive and comfortable! Take care!

  After an exceptionally stressful weather-delayed travel day, I checked into the Holiday Inn Airport hotel around 1:00 am. Having completed the reservation online and confirmed it by phone, everything went very smoothly even at that very late hour. Clean, quiet, comfortable room and an excellent breakfast buffet were very positive highlights after a long, long travel day. The next morning’s van transportation back to the airport was quick, easy, and deeply appreciated.
