  Awesome came to UAB for x cancer surgery... Very nice and very sweet people working here. Awesome breakfast and a blessing to stay here. 🙏❤️ Sarah checked us in Adelaide and Joe.. Thank you Sarah at front desk I love you baby sister ❤️🙏☝️👑☝️

  The staff were amazing and friendly. Room could definitely use an update but otherwise clean. Bed and coach was uncomfortable and the TV was tiny. No ice machine on the floor had to go to the bar downstairs. Extremely inconvenient! Had dinner at the bar and the wing and fries were very good. Bartender was lovely but ran out of Bacardi after two drinks. How do you run out on a Saturday night. Then changed to Grey goose which she also ran out of after one drink. Bar tab would have been higher but there were no good choices.

  This hotel is clean, friendly service and a terrific location. There's a bar area but we didn't partake this trip. You're about 3 minutes from the airport and they have a shuttle that runs consistently. We dropped our rental car off the night we stayed and took the shuttle back to the hotel, saved another rental day. Hopped on the shuttle early the next morning and off we went. I would definitely stay here again. They mentioned they will be starting room upgrades but I thought the room was fine. Bed was a little aged and wonky but comfortable. Shower pressure was very good and they have a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

  I most stay at holiday inn, I’m an IHG member and i would never recommend this hotel. I’ve never stayed in one of these hotels and was charged $16 for breakfast. The bathroom has a drop ceiling and the shower head is face level. The hallways smell like something I’ve never smelt and it isn’t good. I would never recommend anyone stay here, way over priced and the location is terrible. It’s in the hood for sure, massive police presence at the convenience store next door. Over it’s a terrible hotel and I’m sad I booked here for 2 nights!!! The only good I have to say is the staff has been very nice and friendly

  Our only negative experience during this trip involved the rudeness of one bartender. She appeared overwhelmed by the number of patrons and yelled, “I have other customers,” at a guest who was by himself. She also told our children they couldn’t purchase any more Shirley Temples, claiming she was out of supplies, despite the cherries and grenadine being clearly visible behind the bar. I noticed several guests asking for drinks multiple times before ultimately leaving without being served. On a much more positive note, Bo, the shuttle van driver, was absolutely amazing. His friendly demeanor, interactions with our family, and words of encouragement were a big reason we’ve already decided to return to this hotel in a few weeks. The woman working in the breakfast area was also incredibly sweet and attentive to both adults and children. Breakfast was excellent each morning—the eggs and meats were restaurant quality, and the fruit was always fresh. The game area with the pool table and air hockey was a great addition and provided a fun space for the kids to bond. While the immediate surrounding area and nearby stores weren’t the nicest and had a strong smoke smell, we never felt unsafe. The on‑site security was friendly and professional, and the routine police walkthroughs were reassuring. The kids were a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t open, but given how cold it was, it probably wouldn’t have been used anyway
