I love this location and they have been more than accommodating especially since I’ve had a pretty extended stay. Renata has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and everyone from the manager and all the front desk staff have been exceptional!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE
This was the absolute WORST hotel experience I have ever had!
1. NONE of the staff had on uniforms or name tags so you couldn’t tell who was staff versus guests.
2. The rooms are not clean! Floors are sticky, windows are murky, & there was some off substance on the skirt cover of the bed.
3. When I presented my complaint to the front desk, I asked for a room change or the bedding to be replaced. He of course switched my room. Upon entering the new room, I realized the other room was better space wise so I asked to be switched back plus have the bedding changed.
5. The front desk person assumed housekeeping was no longer on site (Mind you this was all around 3pm in the afternoon. I have never known a hotel to not have housekeeping during these hours). So he proceeds to grab the bedding himself to change it and had no clue as to what he was doing. After fumbling around with it, his manager calls him to go back to the front desk and sends someone else up who also barely knows what she’s doing and & afterwards she tells me that’s not even her job. PLUS no one in management ever came to speak to me to apologize or offer any accommodations!
6. Upon leaving the hotel this group of men who appear to be in the field of construction were outside in a group & one approached me being very cringe and weird telling me he’s sorry for what I overheard but he wanted to compliment me (I didn’t hear anything by the way) BUT why was the same lady who fixed my bedding outside talking amongst the group of men smoking a cigarette like they were all friends?! This made me feel VERY unsafe and like I had the potential to be watched! It’s even scarier because of the location of the hotel, it sits ducked off behind the highway so if anything were to happen, it would be 100% easy to cover up.
7. After these series of events, my husband and I decided that we would not but staying and upon my arrival back to the hotel, the same man who tried to stop and compliment me was parked right beside me! I only knew this because when I got out of my car, he got out and was trying to wave me down! As I went inside to let front desk know that we would not be staying, that same man plus another man walked in shortly after and stared me up and down in the most cringe and disgusting way! Had my husband not been with me, I honestly do not know what could’ve happened to me!
8. I would say the bright side is that we were extended a refund but the crazy part is, the assistant manager didn’t even care to ask WHY! This further lets me know that staff does not care about the safety, reputation, or quality that they’re extending to guests. If you are traveling alone as a woman, DO NOT STAY HERE!

The smell on the third floor….. Oh my Lord. We used air fresheners, pleaded with the staff to do something about it but all we got in return is the diagnosis repeated to us, which we already knew.
Someone cooked fish, put the 2-3 flat old packaging in the trash near the third floor elevator and left it there. The cleaners took the trash out of the can and sat it on the floor for the stench to leak out and completely infiltrate every room on the floor. We put pillows to block the air from coming in under the door and bought air fresheners for the room and could still smell it. Staff was friendly and empathetic though.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life and I travel frequently! Upon checking in I was told that they didn’t have any keys for the rooms and I would have to be escorted to my room EVERY time I needed to get in. After a long day of traveling with my mother and my 3 children I didn’t fight it. We were escorted to the room and it had not been cleaned! So he offered us another room, that he also had to escort us to and as we tried to get settled we discovered an A/C leak. The carpet was wet. The dishwasher and sink was dirty and the hallways smelled horrible!!! The representative that checked us in had an attitude problem and talked to me as if I was the problem for requesting a refund. The guy shrugged his shoulders when I expressed the inconvenience of having no keys and the ac leak… when I down to complain there were two other guests in line complaining about their rooms and he stated that maintenance wouldn’t be back until the next day. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! 0/10!!!
