Nice space! The bedding was heavenly, makes me want a new bed. Very clean, every employee we spoke to from making the reservation, check in and check out were over the top. Pleasant and helpful.

Normales Hotel. Waren kurz vor einem Konzert in dem Hotel. War in Ordnung für eine Nacht. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich.

The only thing was when you took a shower you stood in water. It drained slowly.

With the workers that work there at this hotel they could do a lot better when I went to go get my breakfast that morning the lady shoot me off like she didn't want me talking to her that was very disrespectful when I came in that night to check in the lady knew very little English but that's okay cuz I know very little Spanish I stayed there for 3 days for 3 mornings and this same lady that does the breakfast was very disrespectful she sued me off like as if I was a dog not a human The lady behind the front counter when I first came in she knew very little English but that's okay like I said I don't know Spanish learning it though just as well she might be learning English but you know the first thing they say is I know no English if you don't know no English how could you say you don't know English That's letting me even know even father you know English why are you here the next morning it was a very different situation a young man was at the counter tall new good English very handsome must I say to him He wouldn't let me get in the pool though He say the pool was closed because all the chemicals was not in the pool the way they were supposed to be So the doors was locked on the pool before I even tried to go get in So what he was saying maybe was true only thing I want to do was put my foot in there but again other than the lady at the breakfast bar who shoes you off put her hands up like get away from me like shoe get away that's how I feel and every day I needed something that I did not see up there so I had a reason to go to her other than that that the people that work there seem like they had a attitude problem 🤷🏾 other than coming out my room running into staff I had a good time or relaxing time and before I left they came to my room an hour early at 11:00 telling us it was time to go and check out was at 12:00 do better

This was our second stay at this location, and I’m afraid it’ll be our last. As many customers have commented, this place appears to have undergone a change in management. What used to be a nice place to stay at a nice price is now far from either. Upon entering the hotel lobby, customers are hit in the nose with an extremely strong perfume smell. Imagine having an old lady who literally took a bath in perfume shoved up your nose. That’s what the lobby is like, it’s what the hallways are like, and it’s what the elevator is like. They appear to have scent-releasing machines all over the place … and the “scent” isn’t good. My wife started getting a nauseating headache as we navigated our way to our room. Once in the room, we were greeted by a live cockroach in the bathroom, stains on the comforters/quilts of both queen beds, and a smell that is best described as old and cold. The telephone didn’t work, so notifying the front desk of issues was more aggravating than it should have been. In all, I’d say a night at this hotel is worth around $45 (all-in).
Due to the terrible smell throughout the hotel, we skipped the free breakfast and visited Chick-Fil-A instead.
We will not be staying here again, and unless you enjoy having your eyes burned out from the extremely strong smell of an old woman’s perfume, I suggest that you don’t either. Keep looking.
