  Bed and pillows not quite as fluffy as we expect in a Best Western. Nice breakfast. Adequate lodging. Check in person never smiled. We are Best Western Reward members and usually are offered water.

  When I checked in I needed a pet friendly room. Karen hooked us up on a pet friendly handicapped room on the corner. It was very quiet, and had a nice place out back to walk the dogs. Hotel was centrally located not far from the exit, and next to several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed here after a long day of driving and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is right off the interstate, which made it super convenient. Our room was clean, simple, and had everything we needed for the night. We booked a pet-friendly room and had no issues at all. The beds were a little springy, but still comfortable enough that we all slept well. The kids really enjoyed the breakfast that was included, which was a nice bonus. The price was also very reasonable compared to other hotels we checked. What really stood out was the front desk gentleman—he was incredibly kind and helpful, and that meant a lot after a long day on the road. Most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable staying here with our family. I would definitely recommend it for a quick, easy stop while traveling.

  The rooms were fine but basic, we only stayed one night so did not use the pool. We did have the complimentary breakfast which was not all the good. The touchless pancake maker did not function, the biscuits were somewhat tough, and the scrambled eggs were edible. Overall, though, the rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant.

  Initially I thought this was a excellent motel/hotel in a great location with extremely courteous staff and clean rooms. We've stayed here twice when we were in town for business and had received great service both times. Now unfortunately this is where I have to change the direction of my review. l am saddened to have to say that during my second stay here at the Best Western I have had my high capacity phone power bank, my son's phone power bank and my Golrex noise canceling earbuds stolen from our room. It appears that the maid that was cleaning our room was a new employee and decided to quit mid shift and decided to take our belongings as parting gifts. Oh well I guess these things happen. However the issue that upsets me is that the Best Western is not replacing my stolen items, they are just giving me excuses about having to talk to managers, wait for the police to come by and other excuses that resulted in nothing ever happening. I consider it to be inexcusable when your staff steals from your customers and your response is to make excuses about it. I will never be staying at a Best Western again and highly recommend that you consider other hotels when looking for a place to stay when you are on the road. Unless of course, you don't mind having your possessions taken from inside your locked hotel room.
