  DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible manager and policies. No manager was working when we arrived, only staff at the front desk.

  OK room. Everything you need. Trash in elevator, lock on lobby bathroom broken.

  Staff was unwilling to accommodate on anything that was brought to their attention. What kind of hotel doesn't have a single ice machine in the whole building that works . Found a bug in the bed took it to the front desk and showed the clerk, she just crumbled it up and said that she would pass along the info. Wasn't even offered new bedding . Don't pull the shades down in your room either they are not going to come back up. Stayed 2 nights was charged over 600.00 for room that should have only been 175.00 a night . I guess depending on who you are depends on what you are going to be charged for this very plain Jane room . Tv doesn't hook up to their own wifi. And if you are thirsty bring yr own drink because once you are over charged for yr room they want you to pay 4.00 just for a bottle of water . If you are going to over charge then at least be over accommodating to yr guest and not have bugs in the bed. Rude staff. Who don't care if yr stay was good or bad

  From the call not welcoming The lady sounds irritated .. At first I didn’t let it get to me an pushed thru .. I asked two questions . If they was a room available ? How much ? If I call an you remind me of my ex wife I will not come there Still love 99% of all Holiday inn Does not affect me from going to other holiday ends just this one..

  Traveled 8 hours pulling our 30 foot RV. Pulled to the back of the hotel where there were at least a dozen empty parking spots. Pulled in and the manager Brooke, came out to tell us that we could not park there. She said that "Her manager would kill her " if she allowed us to park there. It's a Sunday night. No one else around, and we can't park where there is NOBODY around. Both of us are disabled, and now she wants us to park across the street from the hotel. I wonder how her managers would feel if we fell down in their driveway bringing in all of our things. (The parking lot entrance is on a terrible angle.) Nope, never staying here again. We suggest that you stay far away as well. If this is how they handle customer service, they have a LOT to learn...
