For being a newer hotel it is well USED and not well put together. The breakfast was not good and the people working it didn't care when things were out or if the pancake maker was working or not.

The beds were comfortable, and the suite fit out 5 person family. The breakfast was better than most we've had. The gravy was delicious.

I booked this hotel through a third party my company I work for uses to manage our stays. They also cover incidentals. After being on the road for hours, I go inside to check in, Sandra at the front desk is on the phone so i wait until she is finished. After getting off the phone she looks at me, "what do you need?" I said, "hi, I need to check in." She already has this sharp little tone, but I ignore it(I've been married for a while lol). After pulling up my reservation she tells me I need to show her a card to cover incidentals. I tried to explain to her that the incidentals were covered by the third party. She interrupted me, "NO IT DOESNT MATTER. I STILL NEED A CARD!!!" I tried to explain to her again and that I've stayed here before and the other workers had no issue seeing that the incidentals were already covered. She then yelled "THAT WAS LAST TIME, THIS IS TODAY!!!" I finally asked her"are you ok? Why are you taking this tone with me?" She said,"BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT LISTENING TO ME!!!" I said maam the incidentals are covered, don't worry about I will call someone. Still confused as to why she's being so evil. So I take my (which I had to snatch from her hand because she wouldn't let it go, walked outside to make the call to get this situated. I walk back in and she's still yelling at me. At this point I'm fed up, exhausted, and irritated. So she finally says, "I've been bombarded with so much and I'm just overwhelmed." I told her, "That has nothing to do with me so you should not be taking that out on your customers. I've had a bad day myself. Am I taking that out on you?? You are a grown woman, yet you're sitting there acting like a child throwing a temper tantrum." She proceeded to want to go back and forth even after she figured out she was absolutely wrong and tried to give me a dry apology. She gave me a room key and the room she gave me had some god awful smell. It smelled like a mix of deer pee and boric acid. I decided to not sleep there. This woman is the sole reason I will not ever consider staying at this hotel. Nor will anyone in my company

My husband went to check in after being on the road all day. He was greeted rudely by SANDRA(sitting down with a walker) at the front desk. She had a very nasty attitude with my husband who has stayed there multiple times. She said the reason she had nasty attitude cause she was having a personal problem. Even when my husband was trying to explain to her about his company card being on file. She continued to be rude and not listening to what he had to say. After the ordeal was situated. SANDRA goes and talks about my husband to someone checking in after him. Very unprofessional and SANDRA doesn't need to be working in customer service.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible manager and policies. No manager was working when we arrived, only staff at the front desk.
