I have to give them 5/5 stars because of how above and beyond they went to accommodate how incredibly short of a time period we (a party of 4 people) had to get on the duck tour and then immediately hightail it back to our Princess cruise ship. The memory of them calling me on the number I provided, telling me that they had arranged a ride for us back to where our ship was docked and that the car would be waiting for us the moment the tour returned, is something I’ll remember forever, because they literally pulled a miracle out of nowhere, and I am immensely grateful. I can only compliment their customer service (from the guys manning the desk to the guides and even their walking duck mascot). The tour itself was informative and engaging, and everyone was so friendly and upbeat. Love the salmon being pointed out, and we saw an eagle and other wildlife while we were driving around and when the “bus” went on water. You definitely have to take a picture with their mascot! The stickers they give out are also really on-brand and cute.

We have been to Alaska eight times and this is the worst customer service from the visitor center ever we were to board at 9:45 and the person at the visitor center told us a completely different place to go so a little while after that I asked again and the bus was full and waiting for us and a totally different location. Only one seat left in the back and one seat in the front my husband and I couldn’t even sit together for this tour. Never again customer service you need to do better. By this time, very upset and irritated, we exited the boat

Fabulous trip on the Ketchikan Duck Tour. Our tour guide, who flew to Alaska from Florida for the summer, knew her stuff. Her sense of humor put the crowd at ease. And her knowledge of the town, the wildlife and the surrounding area kept our attention for the whole tour. Highly recommend this tour to see all of Ketchikan in short amount of time. One piece of advice... when you get on board, don't forget to pick up your own ducklips so you can quack about it for the the rest of your trip!

Highly recommend booking directly through the organization opposed to your cruise line (if you're cruising). It seemed that all of the car/boats were full on the cruise booked ones, but I had booked separately and it was just my family of 4 and another family of maybe 8. So we had a really casual tour and had more flexibility to move around and look around while in the water. A really great experience!
