  Hotel was perfect for a short stopover in Juneau. The shuttle was convenient, they had snacks available, flexible breakfast options, clean and comfortable rooms.

  Stayed here for four days. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The shuttle was nice to use to get around.

  I was blown away by how nice this hotel was. I thought it would be just your average airport hotel, but no - I felt like every detail was though out from to-go breakfast options to how everything was set up in our room and lobby to the great shuttle service... This has to be one of my most pleasant hotel experiences. Very nice folks working there.

  Staff here is incredibly considerate and not over bearing. They packed our breakfast togo and dropped it off at our door with all the condiments and fixings in a separate ziplock bag. The property landscaping here was neat and tidy and the fresh hanging flower baskets at the rail were such a lovely touch. They offered scheduled driving services to various places. This is hands down the best best western motel I ever stayed at and I would come back and stay again.

  Conveniently located. Juneau Int'l. Airport in walking distance. I had a wonderful stay at your hotel 100, 200, 300%! I had the perfect room that met every need. In addition to the room comfort, especially at night, I was very impressed by the care and cleanliness, and a little uniqueness as well. I loved the lever switches on the desk and pole lamps. Never seen before in my life. Absolute brilliance, especially when you wake up in the dark of night. No small, black "roto" switch to hunt for - just tap and go. Speaking of brilliance, the system of ordering and receiving breakfast is another, expertly implemented system. It's a truly FRESH breakfast, cooked nearby, AND always HOT. Breakfast is packaged in a container and placed in an insulated bag. "An insulated bag"!! Who does that? Only You, and I was so impressed. The staff, from the Lobby to the Room stewards are so kind and helpful. One, really amazing employee (Miss "A") manages the dining area and is moving throughout it continuously. She keeps the fruits, pastries, drinks, etc well stocked and the tables clean immediately when vacated. Countertops and walk ways as well. Trust me, I will return someday. Thank you for being so Friendly and Welcoming toward me. Traveling alone isn't always what its cracked up to be. However, everyone made me feel like I do back home, and that meant so much.
