  Stayed there two weeks ago very bad experience. Woke up the first morning the floor was all wet from the air conditioning. We had to move rooms.The whole time there we did not receive ANY room service every night I had to go down to the lobby to get towels and toilet paper. There excuse was they had several people quit. They night staff said I should ask for a discount but the office staff just blows it off would not recommend any one to stay there.

  We have had a terrific experience at this hotel! We screwed up our reservations somewhere else and showed up here with no reservation and only hope. Kory at the front desk is our hero! She got us a room and the price was really reasonable especially for being last minute. Our room is comfortable and clean and the complimentary breakfast was amazing! We had bacon, pancakes and eggs yesterday, biscuits & gravy today - we couldn’t be happier. But the absolutely best part has been the service, everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind, accommodating and so helpful! Joking with us at the front desk, the cleaning staff is on top of it and always with a smile. Wonderful experience and highly recommend. This is the only place I will now stay in Fairbanks. Thank you!

  Nice and property. Spacious rooms with good amenities. Nice breakfast with fruit and yogurt.

  I stayed at this hotel for about 2 and half weeks and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The room layout itself was odd, with the sink located outside of the bathroom, but the biggest issue was the lack of housekeeping. On multiple occasions I returned to my room after 12-hour workdays to find that the garbage had not been emptied and towels had not been replaced. During my entire stay, housekeeping only made my bed twice. I also had to go to the front desk on two separate occasions just to request that my room be cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. The pool area was dirty and even had construction materials left around it, which did not make it feel inviting or well-maintained. To make matters worse, there was a homeless individual sleeping in one of the stairwells during my stay, which raised concerns about security and management of the property. For the price and the reputation of the hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I would not choose to stay here again.
