- ASAyman SalehAug 16, 20265.0We enjoyed our short stay. Our suite was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a convenient stay. The only amenity we felt was missing was an in-room safety deposit box. The hotel is in a quiet location, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Anchorage. It is also very convenient, with a Walmart and movie theatre right next door, plus several restaurants nearby.
- MMMark MunsonAug 11, 20263.0The room was clean and comfortable. We even had an upgrade, I assume because the hotel was full and that was what was available, but it was nice. The breakfast was pretty good although they ran out of both hard boiled and scrambled eggs by 9:00 a.m. The biggest disappointment was with the shuttle to the airport. At check-in we asked for a shuttle at 11:30 the next morning. When we went to the lobby for the shuttle, it wasn’t there and we were told it would be 20 minutes later because it had to shuttle for two other hotels. That would have been fine if we knew ahead of time so we would know to reserve a shuttle ride for 11:00. We ended up ordering an Uber and not waiting for the shuttle. Disappointing partly because the cost of the room was high anyway, but we wanted to make sure we would get to the airport in a timely manner.

They have a nice complimentary stash available if you ask, thanks to everyone who bought it and then couldn't take it on a plane or cruise. Very conveniently located in Anchorage if you have a vehicle. The staff was great, and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast buffet quality—nothing more, nothing less—but there was a good variety both days we were there.

We arrived late on Saturday night, and Ken greeted us with such friendly, helpful service that it instantly made the long travel day feel lighter. Our room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic, and the team even called the shuttle back after it had already left so we could make it to the airport.
